What a fantastic interview. Especially given the context. This reflects how so many of us can feel throughout our lives and our passions. The sincerity and passion rob has is seen by all the industry and his fans.

Yeah Rob, keeping it real and raw. More power to ya bloke. Ive got a Signed Freecaster DVD and an old iPod that still has the infamous soundboard of quotes on it. Pride of place in the pool room.

Rob Warner's enthusiastic commentary style is what got me into watching the world cup and world championship. He was the voice of downhill mountain biking. I can't believe they got rid of him, what a stupid decision to not keep him.

Whew I’d never wanna be that vulnerable all do respect Rob and the work he’s done over the years. Yea companies do that, the company my father worked DX’ed him sorta the same thing was stuck in his way was successful but didn’t have power he became expendable. You’re not alone Rob go start a podcast!

I would never switch to my mother language as long as Rob commented, because he is not just commentator but also a real fan of mountain biking with emotional comments paired to real good knowledge.

Mountain biking needs Rob Warner, that lack of joy and excitement last season was so obvious it is hard to imagine they don't know they are going to lose money without him.

    Rob: "I've never been depressed"
Proceeds to describe behaviours that are exactly what having depression is like 😂
This was a great bit to listen to. Rob's a legend and it sucks he was down in the pits like that, it's not nice. It's great to see him coming out the other side, long may his involvement in the sport continue, in whatever capacity!
But Rob mate, you were depressed, no shame in it 💜
