I’m Orthodox but I love the TLM. Sometimes I go and sit in the back. Love to my western brothers and sisters.
I pray daily for Caths and Orthodox to go back to the Pentarchy, we are the ones with Apostolic succession. If I was a pope, I'd strive for Orthodox to allow Catholics to take Communion in their churches, and allow Orthodox to take communion in ours. That would make us brothers again.
Sometimes I imagine how beautiful heaven would look like. The songs alone makes me want to love God more and more.
Agree with you. No words to describe the beauty of Heaven and eternal life. We can only get a glimpse of heaven in this life through the Sacrifice of the Holy Mass and all the Sacred means for our salvation. Gregorian Chants "Sursum Corda" habemus ad Dominum.
Unfortunately all some Catholics think about is how to feel good here

I’ve been attending Latin mass now for about 2 months…my first time I was brought to tears. Being a cradle Novus Ordus this was all new to me.
Still don’t understand the language but I know my prayers and can follow along until the day I can recite it all myself.

Also we thank God for the grace to let us see and recognize the treasure that was hidden to us and that we always long for the Traditional Latin Mass and its splendor and beauty. No worries just by hearing the Mass you'll learn most of the prayers and by reading the Roman Missal you'll learn even more. Bring more people with you. God bless you 🙏🏼

I pray that I have a long time on earth ahead of me... I pray that I may experience such bliss. @@JesusRebollar Give me a break! Stop with the misinformation please. A true Catholic Mass is one that is offered licitly and validly by an ordained priest. It should be in the ordinary form. This is True Worship to God. To claim otherwise is a very serious offence. You may prefer the extraordinary form, that is your prerogative. You bemoan the crackdown from the Vatican on the misuse of the Latin Mass? You have SSPX to thank for that. Pope Benedict bent over backwards to bring SSPX back into full communion with the Church, but the latter preferred to remain in their state of stubborn disobedience, weaponizing the extraordinary form in the process. What was the Pope to do? Let disobedience unchecked? Go and read Genesis 3 ... nothing good comes out of disobedience to Almighty God.

I am a Thai Catholic believer from Bangkok , Thailand. I would like very much to join in the Tridentine Latin Mass like this in my country Thailand. How to manage to have this old Rite Tridentine Latin Mass like this again in my country?
Hello brother, welcome to my channel. It would be truly a blessing for you to join the Traditional Latin Mass also know as the Tridentine Mass. Honestly is up to the bishop of the diocese to give permission to the priests to celebrate the Latin Mass. Some bishops are conservative and will approve but others are more liberal and will prohibit the priests to celebrate the Latin Mass in their parishes. Pope Benedict XVI said that any priest can celebrate the Latin Mass without the permission from their bishops. Find a Traditional Latin Mass near your country and talk to the priests to see if he's willing to celebrate Latin Mass in your country or talk to one of your local priest and ask him if he'll like to celebrate the Latin Mass to ask for permission from his bishop then the rest is easier such as the training etc...

I grew up in a Catholic Christian household and every Sunday, my parents and my older brother attended mass every Sunday morning. And the mass wasn’t the Traditional Latin mass. It was the regular English mass known as the Novus Ordo. But I’m seriously considering of attending the Traditional Latin Mass because I find it very fascinating. And as for the Novus Ordo mass, I find it extremely liberal and possibly dangerous because no one at the end of the Novus Ordo mass takes the Saint Michael the archangel prayer seriously anymore but I take it very seriously. But the good news is that I founded Traditional Latin Mass church in South Windsor CT. It’s known as Saint Lawrence chapel SSPX. So my hope is that when I attend the Traditional Latin Mass, the prayer to Saint Michael the archangel is taken seriously.
Praise be to God. I pray to God you can attend the Traditional Latin Mass and stay. God bless you.
I go to a SSPX church, and people takes the St.Michael's prayer very seriously indeed. Remember to attend a low mass for that prayer, it is not recited at the end of a solemn mass. Laudetur Christus!
My friend, please do not attend the illicit masses of SSPX churches. The church needs unity to grow and spread the word of God. God bless
@@ajmohrvatski Dear brother, I completely agree with you and please don't misunderstand me, I do attend to SSPX mass not in order to be separated from the Roman Pontiff, but for receive the precious body, blood and soul of Christ by tung, for the community of people who kneels before Christ and towards his altar and keeps the true catechism of christianity that is handed us by Lord's apostles . I attended to a solemn mass in the Basilica of St.Peter and Basilica of St.John in Lateran just a month ago. Several monsignors and bishops were present at both masses. And non of them made a respectable sign towards the altar when pass by, and did not kneeled during the consecration. Those things are of course secondary and submission to the Roman Pontiff is much more important, I know. I agree and submit to the Second Vatican Council, and Novus Ordo could be done very reverently as His holiness Benedict XVI said, but I could not find a single parish who does it so. Communion in hand is an exception, no single article from the council impose Novus Ordo to be done Versus Populum, Gregorian chant is still "Strongly recommended" but very few parish sing it. Perhaps I do not agree at all with Eucharistic Minister, but otherwise I accept what the Council says. My problem is how bishops and priests actually interprets and practices it. And even His Holiness Paul VI himself had a regret for the way that the Novus Ordo is practiced. Novus Ordo could be very useful for a country that is not yet evangelized enough, like in Africa or in some parts of Asia where I come from, but the Tridentine Mass should be an obligation even in those country in order to flourish the epitome of christianity. Well all this thoughts are personal and I am no one but a sinner. Pax tecum!

The use of Latin is important, but the prayers, the rubrics, and the one year cycle of readings are also important.
The comments of a recent convert are very much to the point. This is a mass were it doesn't feel like someone is trying to sell you something. And of course this true, nothing is being sold, instead you are present at the sacrifice of the mass. The goal is the conversion of your heart.

The Latin Mass is alive and well all over. Many young families are attracted to it. Seek one in your area, I hope you find one. God bless you.
This is the first full latin mass ive seen and hoo boy did novus ordo really throw the baby out with the bathwater. I understand wanting to engage the congregation more directly but this beautiful ceremony makes an NO mass feel like a nondenominational youth group prayer meeting. Shallow.
Could not disagree more. Hardly throwing the baby out with the Bath water as the Tabernacle and Eucharist are still present. If you want to see throwing the baby out with the Bath Water you need to go attend a Mainline Protestant service.
This Mass might be mystical, it might be a great devotional. But I am super happy for the changes the second Vatican council started. A bunch of arcane rituals with next to zero Bible exposure, and a bunch of common lay people is a recipe for abuse, syncretism, or people just not actually learning about God or his word or will for their life.
I love my faith, my Church, and my Pope. But unfortunately Pope Francis' restrictions on the Latin Mass have been really, REALLY hurtful and disappointing, as I'm sure many of my fellow Catholics who love the TLM will feel as well. There is such a profound spiritual nourishment that I find in the Traditional Latin Mass. I have just never found this in any Novus Ordo Mass, and not for a lack of trying! The Traditional Latin Mass (as well as the Divine Liturgy of the beautiful Byzantine Catholic rite) are able to pull me out of this world and the struggles and worries of everyday life and put my full focus on God's glory while I'm in church in a way that nothing else can. I feel enveloped by the majesty and glory of the Holy Spirit during Latin Mass, surrounded by Holiness and everything that is good and pure. It is such a deeply spiritual experience, one that I feel brings me closer to God every time I experience it. I am not a schismatic, a sedevacantist, or an extremist of any kind. I feel the need to say this because sometimes there are people who seem intent on applying these labels on those of us who profess a love for the Traditional Latin Mass and disappointment with Pope Francis' restrictions on it. I love the Pope, I pray for him and for God's church, and I am happy for anyone who DOES find that deep spiritual nourishment in the Novus Ordo. I love all my Catholic brothers and sisters, all Christians, and all of God's children. I am not motivated by hate or anger of any kind when I ask for the Traditional Latin Mass to return: I am simply motivated by a DEEP love for the Traditional Latin Mass, and the way it surrounds me with Holiness whenever I get the opportunity to experience it. The way it lets me feel the presence of the Holy Spirit SO STRONGLY you can almost touch it. And the sense of communion it grants me through the fact that generations upon generations of Christians, including many, many saints celebrated this same Mass in the same way for centuries. Please let us cherish our beautiful, rich Catholic traditions. Please let us glorify God with all the beauty and reverence possible. Please let us once more experience the profound spiritual nourishment of the Traditional Latin Mass. Let us pray that Pope Francis lifts the restrictions. God bless.
I agree with you on the TLM. The Traditional Latin Mass and our Catholic Faith rooted in Tradition. Living a Sacramental life such as regular confession and holy Communion is necessary for our salvation. Been in the state of Sanctifying grace.
@@JesusRebollar Absolutely! This is why I don't understand the sometimes strong negative feelings we seem to arouse in certain sections in the Catholic Church. We are not radical and hateful extremists for wanting to live life in the way the church taught us to live pretty much from its inception. Regular confession is such an excellent example. Jesus gave every sinner a path to redemption, but in order to be redeemed repentance is needed. The sacrament of confession is absolutely vital for this. Jesus did not give us the sacraments for nothing!
Our motivation for being traditionalists is not that we like something because we're snobs towards something else; our motivation is simply that Jesus gave us a clear path to salvation and we want people to be saved because we were commanded to love all of God's children! It really is that simple!
God bless and thank you for your wonderful channel. I hope it reaches many people, particularly those who are still outside the church, and moves them to come home. I don't even want to imagine a life without Jesus and the Church anymore. Through Him truly all things are possible. God bless. ✝️

I attended my friend's Catholic baptism which was a Norvus Ordo church. Is the Catholic Mass just reading from the Bible then performing the Eucharist? When I attended the baptism, the schedule of events went: prayer; Catholic member reads from Bible; priest prayers; chorus sings hymn. This was repeated over and over again until the Eucharist was conducted. Is this typical in the Catholic church?

I think I understand why some people don't like Paul VI's mass. The meaning of Catholic as a universal church assumes that a person who lives in Europe and attends Mass where they live could easily attend a Mass in any country in the world and still understand everything that is happening.
I feel like this "universality" was, in some way, lost when Paul VI's Mass became less restricted by rules like language or songs.

Welcome home! I'm glad you have a deep desire for the Latin Mass we praise God for that grace. Even though the Vatican has many restrictions on the Traditional Latin Mass the Traditional movement keeps growing and I'm sure one day in God's time we will have only the Traditional Latin Mass it might take many years but God will purify and restore His Holy Church. God bless you. You can find a Traditional Latin Mass near you here: www.latinmassdir.org/
Most small parishes would never be able to do a mass like this today. It is beautiful but we should refrain from calling it the "true" mass as if to imply the new one is not. Have to remember that once upon a time this mass did not exist either and was also new.
Unfortunately Pope Francis's restrictions on the Latin Mass makes it even more difficult for bishops and priests to celebrate it. Not to mention he goes after either priests, bishops or laity who are traditionalists. We need to pray for Pope Francis and the hierarchy. The Traditional Latin Mass is the True Catholic Mass codified by his Holiness Pope Pius V and celebrated for nearly 2000 years the Mass that is rooted in Apostolic Tradition. Not saying the new mass is not valid "unless the words of the consecration and the intention are not there or the matter like the bread and wine" but was created by pope Paul VI and "designed" by protestants and some masons "enemies of the Church" that's a hard truth and there's evidence of that been a fact. The substance of the Traditional Latin Mass goes back to the Apostles and almost 2000 years of history of the Church as they celebrated the Mass ad Orientem "facing the east" and made some changes to improve the Mass not to make it worse. If the Traditional Latin Mass was good, just and right for almost 2000 years which gave us thousands of saints and millions of conversions, vocations, monasteries etc... it only makes sense that an enemy or enemies from within would want to plan to destroy it. We are starting to see the rise of the Traditional Latin Mass again and as the enemies of the Church try to persecute and suppress it the more it spreads like wildfire because the Truth cannot be silenced. ¡Viva Cristo Rey!
Mass is eternal. Cuts across time, the old and the new, Makes all things new and all this present.
❤❤❤🙏
I really miss this kind of Mass the emeny of Jesus took of us. Soon it will be completely forbiden in the ''Bergogio´s Church''.
Amin amin amin

Am catholic but would wish to be attending traditional latin mass but no church in my home just Vatican 2. Could the allow back the Latin mass everywhere?
You can find a Latin Mass here anywhere in the world. www.latinmassdir.org/
Vatican could and should but won't do it. In fact they're trying to destroy the TLM and all Tradition. We need to pray for the hierarchy.
You can request your priest to celebrate the Latin Mass.
This is so beautiful watching it made me cry. I want to go to one of these. Is it ok to go if you are not Catholic? What is the etiquette?
Thank you for watching the beautiful Traditional Latin Mass of the Ages. Praise be to God the Holy Latin Mass touched your heart and soul it's a grace of God a calling to become Catholic and join the one True Catholic and Apostolic Church Christ founded. Yes, you can go to the Traditional Latin Mass but you can't receive holy Communion (the Eucharistic) since you're not Catholic because that would be a Sacrilege. The holy Eucharistic is the True Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of our Blessed Lord Jesus Christ and one must be in the state of Sanctifying Grace to receive Him. By that I mean you need to become Catholic and receive Baptism, Confirmation and then you'll be able to receive your first Holy Communion of the Precious Body and Blood of Christ. Those are called Sacraments. If you ever become Catholic which I'll be praying about you'll receive all Sacraments at the same time. Also I recommend to choose a Traditional order where they celebrate the Traditional Latin Mass not only is more beautiful but the prayers and Liturgy are much more powerful and effective than the new order of the Mass (new mass). I'll leave you a link where you can find a Traditional Latin Mass anywhere in the world: www.latinmassdir.org/ let me know if I can help in anything just send me a message and I'll respond back. God bless and I'll be praying for you 🙏🏼.
Why did you edit out the sermon? Father Caswell is a wonderful preacher.
Hi, I that's how I found the video already edited and decided still to share it because I find the Traditional Latin Mass beautiful beyond words of expression. Hello, in the Traditional Latin Mass the readings and Gospel are always in Latin and usually after that the priest reads them again in English then preaches.

@@christineplaton3048what does it mean by passing over the veil lent? I am from another religion so if you explain, I would be happy.
Can any catholic parish perform the latin mass or does it take permission from the archdiocese or a special occasion?
They should celebrate the Latin Mass without permission as Pope Benedict XVI stated in his 2007 Motu Propio that any priest has the liberty to celebrate the Latin Mass without permission of his bishop but Pope Francis has destroyed Pope Benedict XVI's decree replacing it with traditionis custodes which he states that no priest can celebrate the Latin Mass without permission of their bishop and gave completely liberty to the bishop to decide if he pleases to allow the priest to celebrate the Latin Mass. The majority of bishops prohibited priests to celebrate the Latin Mass and in fact many where kicked out of their parishes and have no where to celebrate Mass. Pope Francis and many of the Bishops don't like the Latin Mass and are trying so hard to persecute it along with people who attend it good families, babies, kids, young people. The priest has to ask his bishop for permission and at that point unfortunately is up to the bishop. The Priest can ask another priest who already celebrates the Latin Mass to come celebrate to his parish. A priest from FSSP or any already authorized priests to celebrate Latin Mass.
At RCIA I said I would follow the teaching of the Holy Father. As did you, somewhere along the line. The decisions at Vatican II were valid, and so are Pope Francis's. PERIOD.@@JesusRebollar
@@b.w.9244 Pope Francis abuses his power. Pope Benedict XVI's Motu Propio was correct and valid.
@@b.w.9244 the decisions at Vatican 2 never prohibited the celebration of the Latin Mass in fact they said that Latin should remain as part of the Mass along with many other liturgical practices that have been excluded after Vatican 2 by modernists.
@@b.w.9244 I'm also in RCIA currently.
You should really look into what Vatican II concluded and how none of it has been implemented correctly - like at all...
Why is TLM removed from the Church?
In 1965 Pope John XXIII called for a counsel to modernize the Church and let in some "fresh air" from the world. He died shortly after he started the counsel and his successor Pope Paul VI continued and finished the counsel with the same goals and objectives. At that counsel were present six protestants to help change the Mass and one declared Freemason hannibale Bugnini chosen by the Pope in charge of the change of the Mass and Liturgy. They changed the Traditional Latin Mass for a new mass called in Latin Novus Ordo (New Order) a vernacular and modernist mass. They removed the Tabernacle from the center to a corner, destroyed beautiful altars and replaced them with a simple table, destroyed Sacred Statues, demolished beautiful gothic sacred Churches and built modern churches that look like museums or auditoriums that don't look or resemble the sacred. In the Latin Mass the Priests faces God in the Tabernacle and in the new mass the priest gives his back to God and faces the people. They TRAINED all priests and bishops to celebrate this new mass so many priests and bishops and laity like us did NOT KNOW about the Traditional Latin Mass because it was never taught in seminaries and never spoken from the pulpit in Church. The Latin Mass was never prohibited is just that it was not really talked about specially by the modernist bishops and priests. They don't like it in fact they persecute it. Recently Pope Francis wrote a document called "traditionis custodes" restricting the Traditional Latin Mass to make it almost impossible for priests to celebrate it specially new priests. Pope Benedict XVI wrote a document in 2007 called "summorum pontificcium" allowing all priests to freely celebrate the Traditional Latin Mass without the permission of their bishops and pope francis did the opposite restricted it so much and also the priests needs permission from their bishops and if the bishops are modernists they'll not allow them to celebrate it. They're much more to say but hope this answers your question. God bless. On my page I have a video regarding this topic.
