This guy will never have dry hands, that is for sure :D
Those chemical do get in the skin he is exposed to getting cancers.
You didn't see the solvents he used to clean his hands from grease? This isn't a good thing.
@@TexasGTO Don't know where I mentioned it being a good thing.
Sign of good mechanic.

The new grease in the bucket looks so tasty
Soo... I'm not the only one..🙂

MADE FROM FRESH STRAWBERRIES 🍓😁😁
I was astonished by the fact that how much engineering is going into even a wheel
Legend has it that he’s still washing his hands
i use Marine grease and it works great for packing hubs, planetary gears, or anything where water repulsion is a concern, as well as dirt
What sort of marine grease??
I use Crisco and it works well to repel dirt and water, and then I can use the remainder to fry dinner in
I watched him disassemble it with my own two eyes and still couldn’t figure out wtf what was going. Like pieces came from nowhere, things dropped that weren’t there. Wtf😂 He’s got skills for sure
Everybody watch with their own two eyes ..it is not a big deal ..
@@sachinsingh-rh6fq bitch you missed the point so stfu. Somebody might be watching it with one eye. Don’t be stupid
This indian guy is very hard working 🇮🇳🇮🇳
Um if its grinding its not lack of grease its bad bearings and by the sound of them you need new ones and take it to an actual shop. Plus re greasing makes no sense there was more than enough
🤤 ahh strawberry grease love it.
Thoroughly wash on unleaded petrol gasoline to remove grease and replace a brandnew grease... So that the spare parts will last longer... Very well explained...
Her wife say to him „OHHHH YOU HAVE VERY GIMNASTIC FINGER” bahahhahaha
You can see everything hydraulic because of so much grease. That’s why he was having a hard time with it seating.
Greece bahut acchi quality ka hai bhai sahab
I can see some people's r commenting about tightening so much but here in these hubs we have something which is called sleeves and the sleeves prevent these bearing to move freely does'nt matter how much u tight it ,it will move freely just put SIM in there and tight as much as u want and keep it free also
Bahut shandaar...love from HP11
Good work had work
mmmmm raspberry jelly. The old grease didn't look too bad though, I wonder why they're changing grease so soon.
Same. The grease looked okay. Why did he need the parts to be soo clean just to re-grease it.
Great job. Advice you to wear gloves. I had some hand skin issue due to mechanical products.
Hi. May I know the size of the socket, In mm. Thanks
Good job
no new bearing ect? you just took the old one out and cleaned it then greased it. whats the point if your reusing the old bearing?
Holy preload Batman
The old grease looks good to me

Nice
Is this the way to pack bearings .?
That's one hell of a preload on them bearings. 😳

wheel bearings full of grease and dirt great for the life of the bearing...
imagine this guy driving a car, steering wheel always slippin' out of his hands :)
It didn't needed the sloppy repack, it needs new bearings and proper preload!
I don't think they really understand what are they doing.
How u know ?
Everything done here was fine considering the tools used.
If the bearings and races have no wear then there's no need to waste money and resources.
You sound ignorant and rude.
@@khamlunzou9183 I'm a mechanic. Bearings is a basic concept. They need preload, they need to be tight but not crushed loose enough that they ride freely but without being loose. This person just tighten the bearing until it couldn't move
@@tool3769 I never mentioned tools nor lack of resources. That was a subject you brought, do not reflect in me. As for me, I'm a mechanic and I've work with less. Dunno why you call me ignorant but that doesn't matter. I don't think it was fine considering the person in the video tightened the bearing until the nut wouldn't budge. How do you know the bearings and races are fine? The video doesn't show. Also the grease looked knew when he removed the bearing, probably a job that returned. No wonder it did, considering it doesn't look like they know what are they doing.
@@curierfromxibalba1155 Silly response, but I respect it.
I'm also a mechanic brother, I fix things that jiffy lubes techs like you screw up.
Got to love the master techs in the comments.
I see your country doing very well
For How much time do it will last?
hell the grease that was in it looked new
Bearings are bad. He likely repacked them before not knowing what you really do, owner complained it still made noise, so he went wild with the grease. But the bearings are still bad so they'll still grind, and likely worse now that he put a psychotic amount of preload on them
Strawberry flavor looks tasty
👍👍👍
Muito bom ver o capricho desse cara

How much grease do I put in it???

Wow
Too tight are not good for bearings, I usually loosen the ties a bit and put my full trust in the safety pins, no need to use a lot of grease and no need to worry about overheating😇
I can see you have no idea how those hubs are designed.
What he did just open and close what was the issue
Pretty sure that hammer torques it to spec…
Ongoing use of horns….would drive me crazy
There was plenty enough grease to begin with. He then cleans it and puts 10x more grease. Like he went overboard with the grease yo.
That much grease will actually cause those bearings to carry heat and wear out prematurely.
Aside from that, he's getting it done.
Pensol greases provides long term protection to the rolling elements over a wide temperature range.
You can never have enough grease!
@@DirtRoadLanding wrong
@@DirtRoadLanding right !!!
The bearing might be worth more then the mans time and grease, So they are overly Maintenace the bearing. To make it last longer.

Forbidden strawberry flavour grease
I don’t understand why they are doing it in the first place. The colour of the used grease tells me that it was not even driven 1000km. I can say that because the quality of grease used in our countries is so bad that it would turn black after 100km. The only thing I can think of is that the previous job didn’t solve the problem and neither would this. It needs new bearings.
That kerosine oil ruined the grease..cause mechanic didn't dry it or clean it properly....lol.
Greasy

id end up dropping every part on the dirt..

MYTHS ABOUT HYDRAULIC OILS
My Self Yash Bhatt, Chemical & Lubricant Engineer (Lukeron Lubricants India). I want to tell you so many things as per your video.
MYTH About Hydraulic Oils
1. As you say the Yellow oil is having a Dust particles and other contamination so you are wrong in this. The Yellow oil means This Oil Having wide range of Additives such as ZDDP, AW, MPS. Yellow color doesn't means it's a bad quality.
2. As you say that about viscosity right. In The White Tube Oil is Hydraulic HLP ISO 32/46 and In a Yellow Tube Oil Viscosity is a ISO 68. That's why there is difference in flow rate.
3. Viscosity depends on application and NAS value.
Please do not claim wrong information, first you go and analysis.
1. Base Oil Types : Naphthenic & Paraffinic
2. Base Oil Groups : Group 1 - SN70, SN150, SN300, SN400, SN500, SN600 (Viscosity Index range - 95 to 105) (Appearance - Yellowish)
3. Group 2 - N70, N150, N300, N400, N500, N600 (Viscosity Index Range - 110 to 135) (Appearance - Bright & Clear)
4. Group 3 - cSt 2, cSt 3,4,6,8.
Why do they use grease? Here in the states we use oil in everything that I've ran into. Just seems more likely to have a bearing burn up.
Trailers use grease in the United States specifically Canadian grease tolerate very hot temperatures
@@rromero9763 well every trailer I've worked on has been oil bath
most japanese/ Asian market trucks run grease in the hubs. I've only seen European and American axles run oil
@@noble_xx1000 Hyundai trailers but thousands of American trailers use grease because very easy to maintain and leaks less because higher viscosity
Here in the states it doesn't matter if it's grease or oil to be honest, these guys here don't maintenance their trucks regardless.
Can't tell you how many blown hubs and ruined spindles I've seen from lack of care alone.
