Great advice brother!
Thank you for watching!
Is stunt driving worst than a DUI? I recently got the stunt driving charge and was wondering how many demerit points for the stunt driving? And driving under suspension.
Stunt Driving is not a criminal charge (DUI is a criminal charge). However Stunt Driving is a serious charge with serious penalties including 6 demerit points and a mandatory minimum 1-year driving suspension. If you need help let us know. Thanks
Hi, first of all thanks a lot for your videos. I was convicted and deported back in 2009, but now I got my record suspension and I also recently got confirmation of PR (applied thru express entry). What should I say at the airport in canada when they ask me if i came to canada before or when they ask if i was convicted of a crime (CBSA officers)? Thank you so much for your time
You should contact the person that helped with your PR to get proper advice as they know the details of your case. Wishing you the best.
