I've had mine for about a month now and I love it. The only con for me is the bands are a bit uncomfortable...even with the padding that comes with it. So I use extra padding and that solved that issue. But all in all I think it's a great product. It absolutely engages my glutes. I can feel an intense burn after only 20 reps.
@@beanything7381 I have seen a difference. My butt is a bit more lifted. I use it about 2 times a week at 90lb resistance. I do incorporate other glute exercises regularly as well.
I just got mine and love it. I know it's marketed to women but it's so much nicer to use than a barbell. I normally wouldn't do glute raises just because I hated using a barbell. It's now part of my weekly leg routine. I agree they should have marked the 70lb bands. Nice video.

Have they grown since this review? I’m looking into itb
@@beanything7381 I think their growth has been about the same. Their promo video makes it look easy and it hasn’t changed

Yeah Jason awesome part to a killer leg routine and the single leg option is something that wasn’t doable with barbell so be sure to give that a go!
One of the best, TO THE POINT videos on the booty sprout with a lot of great tips. I think you just sold me, I'm getting my card out now lol!
How does this work for taller folks? I'm 6'3 and I'm thinking I'd be pretty cramped. Thanks!
I’m 6’1” and the old version yes cramped. The new one they changed design to fit taller people.
@@BetterYouFitness I was worried about this too, I'm 5'8 but that's good news. Im about to buy mine now.
I want to order it ....
But I wonder if the body don’t get used to..
Then you don’t see the results anymore ?
That’s everything. Eventually you will outgrow the machine
You can purchase more straps. Also there’s many ways of progressive overload you can use.
thanks for your sharing! and can i know what's the width and length of the new version?
Is it possible to lengthen the booty sprout to move the wood part further? By moving that screw ...
How does this compare to barbell hip thrusts?
Annoying
Alex Davis have you tried one yet?
this comment was unnecessary lmfao.
