I think the Evnroll putter rolls the ball smoother than every putter I have ever used and I have had all of the top brands.
I've recently bought a new putter, after fitting and, more important, field testing several.
I was on the pricey side of the scale, tested scotty, evenrol and LAB.
I wanted a lightweight putter to have better feeling of the ball for pace control.
I picked EV 11vr with 1 dot (the lightest).
And I am really happy with this putter...

were you using a gravity grip? because the gravity grips are pretty brutal I lost all feel from my er2b when I used one. went back to the tour tac and loved it.
after 15 years with a Yes Callie, i got a evnroll er2. definitely easier to line up, and eats short puts, but mid/long putts i leave lots short . bought heavier weights...still leaving them short. i think im going back to old faithfull.
Lefty here too. I have your Evnroll as well. Love it. My problem is that I'm in Australia so it's even harder to get a putter to stand on the "right side" of the ball.... Have a Newport 2 but find I like the Evnroll sits better without the plumber neck. I think a lot of it is what suits your eye

You can order an evnroll with a midslant neck and mallet head just like you are playing there. You should go in and get fit by Alan at their facility and then give a full review. They have a facility in Carlsbad, CA and they can custom build you anything you want. They have the Quintic System (trackman for putting) to make sure you get dialed. Would love to hear your opinions after a full fitting! Love your channel!

Orders a Scotty with the grip he plays and all the specs he likes. Orders Evnroll with a grip and hosel he doesn't like and complains 😅😅
I've been a huge fan of Guerin Rife's work since he founder Rife. Was excited when he started Evnroll but the putters have never lived up to my expectations.
completely agree. Evnroll make solid putters. I always come back to a scotty for the feel and distance control that i have. the shapes always line up the ball perfectly and i feel when i have one in my hand, I'm thinking about less, which is huge. It's one variable i can take out and i trust the performance
So how is this Evnroll as a brands fault that you no longer like the hosel or grip anymore? I know for a fact they offer different heads, hosel options, weights, and grips. I'm a 1.4 and have moronic friends. Now we get it.
Who said it was their fault? Just explained what issues I had and why I switched.
I’m using the ER 11V. It works pretty darn good for me. Whatever works is what I believe in!

@gjeebsgolf I should have added the /s. You don't need that, his shtick would clash with your shtick. Videos of you having a round with other Tesla content guys would be fun. For example, you hitting a drive and Kyle Conner explaining the nerdy physics would be a laugh... and then a flex shot for the cart girl and shots to follow at the 19th. Money shot on the call to the Mrs. to explain that you are stuck behind slow players and you're having a terrible time.

Evnroll was the worst putter i have ever owned, i had zero distance control with and that is normally a strength of mine.
The putter alone doesn’t really cut it buddy. A lot of factors goes into it, like the greens conditions, slopes, the kind of ball you’re using and the talent for it. Pros even miss a footer.
I get that this review is based of of stock offerings but comparing a rubber pistol grip to the ER gravity grip isn't apples to apples. I think this review would be better if you put comparable grips on the ER. Also, mallets will be easier to control IMO.
Finally a lefty UA-camr.... It is so annoying that we don't have many putters to choose... I'm looking for a firmer putter to keep my consistent lag putting... (currently using a 20 year old ping g35i b60... It's my last club to update. I prefer something wide blade not too heavy. (Newport 2.5+ feels way too heavy).. Thinking about that new bb1 wide just coming out now..

Not a lot of lefty YT'ers out there - nice to see a fellow southpaw! I play off of 13.3 and regularly have trouble with speed control and pulled putts with my blade putter. I'll have to check out evnroll!

Evnroll all the way…not only have I made more putts, they look great, feel great, are a bit cheaper then Cameron, and this guy in the videos claim about Evnroll having few builds in lefty is BS. If anyone slights lefties its Scotty Cameron who for sure offers less options for lefties.

Of course, this has nothing to do with the fact that Scotty Cameron presented his 2024 models.
You have it backwards. Heavier putter for faster greens, lighter putter for slower greens. But whatever works best for you.
When the tour goes over seas for the British open many of them add lead tape to their putters for the slower greens
That may be true (or it may not be 🤷♂️) but the science doesn’t back that up. Speed control is all about CHS. Lighter putter moves faster with less effort. Heavier putter moves slower with that same effort. Mass of the putter is irrelevant because it is so much beyond that of the ball it has almost no effect on speed. This has been measured and tested in labs. You don’t have to pass a math test to get a tour card.
I should also add that some people just respond differently to heavier or lighter putters so it’s not a universal truth that everyone will putt better with heavier putters on fast greens and vice versa. Use whatever helps you make more putts.

Yea I think putters are very personal and having confidence in what you have is the most important factor
Scotties are unmatched in precision putting. Tiger and early Rory can attest to that. But I love the alignment of my EV5.2. We'll see how she rolls when the weather warms up.

There”s a reason why u only have 805 subscribers,Scotty Cameron putters are OVERPRICED & OVERHYPED and u pay for the name NOT the product whereas with evnroll,u pay for the quality and technology in the putter AND it’s cheaper than Scotty,and I have the right to say this because I’ve owned over 10 Scotty Cameron putter’s and have sold every one of them as they are garbage and nothing else comes close to evnroll in terms of the quality and technology in the face
