the crown jzs151/s150 is my favorite 90s sedan from Toyota. I had a toy of it and ever since I got it I fell in love with this car. You don't see this car drifting a lot though. It is underrated.
Most definitely! One ride was all I needed to fall in love with it! Buttery smooth drifts.
Which is weird considering that the car is mechanically the same as the JZX90/100's

what is the exact model and year of these crown. I didn’t know they came with 2.5 1jz
they come with the 3.0 2jz aswell and this one is the 1996 to 1998
does 2jz crown need a turbo to drift? im planning to buy one, but i dont wanna do dyno and not spending more money.

I've seen the Crown s170 drift but I've never seen the s150 drift.

I'm sorry, but it's not mine. But I believe it is an S150 Crown which should make it somewhere from 1995 to 2001. Hope this helps!

I'm not for sure, too be honest. I can try to find out if I bump into him again. I have heard that the manual swap is easy, and I think the Crown Athlete is 2.5 Liter JZ from the factory, so it seems possible that the subframe would be the same, at least on the front. That would be most cost effective for Toyota. I might run into the owner this weekend.
