Thanks Dave. All the best for the channel. Kaikoura Crayfish get a fair old pounding from both Commercial & Recreational fishers like yourself hence they don't overly large though I prefer the just legal ones for eating as I reckon they're sweeter than the biggies. I've subscribed.

Can you dive for crayfish all year round in kaikoura?
In the winter female,s have eggs and males have soft shell. You might find the odd one.
That last one you clipped looked like a female with eggs.. no good mate...
Females don't have eggs this time of the year..
