Were you previously using the Schlage encode? If so, which do you like better?
Previous lock is not WiFi enabled. Not smart
How long did yours manage to get before needing to recharge? I just received mine, will install it tomorrow. I’ve read multiple reviews (1-2 years ago) stating they were only able to get 2-3 months between charges. Nice seeing that there was a battery efficiency update!

Does this deadbolt have smart unlock like the UltraLoq Pro? Unlocking when your phone is in range or when you shake your phone?
I don't have UltraLoq Pro. It won't unlock when you are near. Fingerprint or app command is required.
Has anyone installed one of these but had the front panel really loose? Even doing the screws that go through from back to front as tight as I can the front panel still wobbles left to right a little
Here is a tip for you: insert a small piece of wood, e.g. match stick, then screw in.
Okay eufy... i was thinking about this model instead of the c210 since it has the rechargable battery.. but why IN the F would eufy put micro USB on this model when the previous had USBc? Just doesn't make any sense to me...
The newer models are now USB-C charging.

So you have to take out the battery each time you charge it? Anyway to purchase a spare battery? Seems inefficient as the door lock cannot be used while taken out and charging.

Hey do you have any idea if this smart lock will fit on an 80mm thick door?😅 because per Eufy customer service and their specifications sheet, it will only fit on the standard 2 1/8” doors. But I asked their AI chat support and it answered that it should have no problem with 80mm thick door. I’ve been looking online for any one who’s tried it but have had no luck so far. Would greatly appreciate it if you can answer my questions🙏🏼

Hi @TED Hi I have purchased a the eufy smart lock touch (not the one with built-in wifi) the previous model. Mounted it on my door and now when I am trying to pair the lock with my Android phone (initial set up before the calibration of the lock) it gives me a message saying "failed to connect to Bluetooth try again" I have chatted up with their live agents and they just send out the 3 step standard troubleshooting routine (battery charged, both devices near each other and location in the app to be on) I have done all of that yet it refuses to pair. I have raised a ticket with the eufy customer service yet no reply from them in the last 27 hours! No phone support available in Australia, I was wondering if someone can help me out here as u are experts at doing it ?
I don't have the bluetooth version. After trying the recommended steps by the customer service. I would try it on a different phone. Could you borrow an iPhone from a friend and see if it would connect? Does the bluetooth even work on your Android phone?

No need. Finger print locks it. Just a demo.
so if my neighbour and i both owned 1 of these we could break in to eachothers home because we would own the same key
