@@smartsada hi …there are multiple ways to obtain higher performance from the stock engine 1.PORTING - the mechanics use a method called “PORTING” (in which the ports of intake and exhaust manifold are skimmed to increase the flow rate of both intake and exhaust gases) The DB and other filters are also removed on the exhaust pipe to increase the exhaust flow rate 2. FREE FLOW FILTERS - the stock air filters are designed to filter n send a specific quantity of air into the chamber , changing it with a free flow filter increases the air intake , thus allowing more air into the chamber leading it to better combustion and hence a higher power output ( but while doing this the air-fuel mixture should be adjusted optimally on the carburettor - so that the air-fuel mix is not too lean or rich ) 3. Racing spec IGNITION COIL - changing the stock ignition coil to a racing spec IGNITION COIL boosts the spark produced and hence results in better combustion and a higher power output Some mechanics even connect an earthing wire on to the ignition coil to increase the plasma on the plug(but that will affect the scooter’s electrical system) 4.Upgrading the CLUTCH- aftermarket racing spec clutches such as “MALOSSI” are available which provides a great power output (they also have better cooling of the clutch bell compared to a stock clutch ) which improves its overall power output The mechanics here in india - etch the clutch shoe instead of buying expensive ones to get similar results , however they don’t last 😅 5 . REBORING AND INCREASING THE STROKE- REBORING the cylinder is the most famous modification here in india (as it is the cheapest option of all the above mentioned methods ) - this increase the CC of the engine and hence the power output This along with increasing the NOZZLE DIAMETER of the JETS (pilot and main) in the carburetor is the easiest option (which increases air and fuel flow into the chamber) 6. For the BS6 vehicles - since it uses injectors instead of carburettors - and ECU remapping is done to deliver higher fuel and air mixture. Cone set is good in my dio,but still head shake what may be the reason to change.... Shockabsorber bush is in good condition,either have to change fork arm set? 😊
Hi…. Did u mean the handle shakes ? Does the head shake only Xerduring the initial pick up or shakes while riding? If it vibrates during initial pick-up and then later settles- ur clutch or variator rollers could be the problem .. If u suspect form arm- remove and inspect once …check for smooth rotation of the sleeve and also check for any play between the sleeve and bush …
@@LetsFactoryResetso nice bro,it's vibrating in running condition I mean 45 - 50 km speed,any way I have to change my roller,oneor two it's not in shape,then variator with skratch and steps,mech asked me to change just one month back full serviced my dio So if I change this,then won't get any vibration? Any way I'll check my fork arm set😊
@@senthilvelu568 oh ..so if ur variator is worn , u will definitely have vibration and handle shake … Yes, do change ur variator rollers 😅and variator drive face can be resurfaced from a lathe … Also check ur clutch bearings and brake shoe wear as well …
😊 sir do u have workshop repair manual for Honda dio bs4 or ariva bs4 model 😢, I didn't get any searched lot in Google and yt 2. Sir can u share ur insta I'd or WhatsApp contact ( will not call or disturb) Having jerking issue and oil leak only in the varator clutch bell and surroundings. Checked oil seals and changed , still oil is spreading to the clutch body , shoe , bell like lines from the clutch center Also my dio bse4 clutch is like slipping and jerking during initial acceleration 🤐🤐 I do service of dio my own, like hobby and serhed a lot yt for this issue no proper response or videos

Hii….the 1/8th turn is not universal , it holds good for activa (upto 3rd generation) , aviator and the 2013 model dio …. The rest has different settings
