I have a boy and a girl, and this advice seems mostly aimed at girls. Also, the title is advice for parents, but it’s actually (very good) advice for girls about friendship.
Dude parents don’t need to know any of this, kids can take care of it themselves, they don’t want you hovering over their shoulder, and they are never going to take your advice or ask you questions.
But my middle school is 5th and sixth which I don’t understand, so I basically skipped a year of school by doing distance learning and now Im already going to be halfway through, and I’m going to be so lost because only new students get an orientation.
The take aways at the beginning are correct.

The part about status is true though
Did you just tell me to become a robot?
This is wrong telling everyone to act the same is not okay
People can’t join into groups if everyone’s the same
Not only that but who are you to be giving us advice? Are you from middle school?
