What's up guys, lots of you guys are having problems with side control escapes, and as a follow-up to my "Why your Guard Retention Sucks" video, I thought we'd add side control escapes for BJJ to the mix.
I'll go over a handful of tips that were really useful for me back in the day, and even now as a seasoned BJJ Black Belt, and tips I constantly give my students to help them improve their ability to get out of Side Control.
