You're gonna love it I was just in Japan back in October. Some recommendations; the Muscle Girl Bar was a highlight, Golden Gai for night life, and Yodobashi Akiba (mega shopping building)
Momodora Reverie Under The Moonlight was such a a fun and interesting game to go through. The thing that makes me come back to these games and be interested in them is the little stories of discrimination and how you usually have the choice between choosing either side even though we all know which side we are going to try and pick. It still makes for a interesting story and fun little characters with little lore drops that always keep me in the game
The OG Momodora was the first video I watched of Indeimaus. So watching this video just kinda makes me happy and glad ive been subscribed for a long time. Its been incredible watching you grow Indei. Youre the Darksouls of UA-camrs. But most importantly, My favorite Content Creator. Keep up the great work!
You know what dropped in 2017? PREY(2017)!!! Great game you should play! I love how they upgraded the art style since Reverie under the Moonlight, it looks so gorgeous! Too bad there is nothing like the Cat-transformation item.
What a great game. Art-wise it definitely succeeded Reverie Under The Moonlight very well. What saddens me is that your Momodora 4 video was back during 2017. That was also in the year of Hollow Knight...
"I'm getting attacked by a Cloud. The final words of the man struck by Lightning". Took me a moment to understand that it was NOT a final fantasy dissidia reference
Indimaus, I just wanted to say I absolutely love your content. You're an incredible gifted person & appreciate all work you put in to these projects. Stay beautiful champion. I'm so excited to see your next adventure.
Right? I watch him play games I'm not even interested in just because of how funny and passionate he is. It's criminal that he doesn't have millions of subscribers.
Something I find great about Indeimaus is that with most youtubers you go back and watch a video released 6 years ago and the mic quality isn't great or something like that, but with Indeimaus there are hardly any differences between now and 6 years ago.
I still remember buying the 1st game at total random, because I was searching games under 1$ to round up a purchase. And now here I am as well, playing the whole series. That's a fun little rabbit hole to fall into.
Grimbeard is awesome. Also, "Pongsifu" is amazing too. He doesnt have the same goth-emo energy but has just a tad tinge of weeb energy, his videos are infinitely rewatchable trust me his videos are absolute gold and funny af, an actually underrated channel here in youtube.
I saw momodora on steam and thought: "this game looks nice. I think i'll buy it next time". Then, i saw the final mission to kill the moon and thought: "okay...maybe i'll buy it immediately."
I really enjoy all your Metroidvanias video. Glad to see you go back to the Momodora franchise. If you haven't played it yet, I would highly recommend Tevi, which released a few months ago. It's a spiritual successor to Rabi Ribi but with more of a focus on the fighting aspect, you'll probably enjoy it.
I have a similar story. We used to live on a big hill, basically most of my street was one continuous slope, and when I was learning how to ride a bike, I rode to the end of the driveway and went to make a U turn, but the momentum of the hill turned it into going straight down the hill. Now, mind you, this is before I know how to STOP a bike without using my feet as brakes on the pavement, but the hill is too steep and my little 8 year old legs or whatever couldn't stop the bike and I was headed straight for a big old oak at the bottom of the hill where there's a sharp 90° turn. So in a panic, I do the only thing I can think of: use a larger brake. Said larger brake happened to be the right side of my body, and our road was a slurry mixture instead of paved, so it was a lot like sliding down a cheese grater. My bike stopped just before hitting the tree and I ditched it to walk the few hundred feet back up to my house, where my parents freak out over my arm, I explain what happened and, get this shit, THEY START TO YELL AT ME FOR LEAVING MY BIKE BEHIND. I'M LIKE 40% ABRASION ON MY RIGHT ARM AND THEY'RE MAD I DIDN'T DRAG ALONG MY $50 WALMART BIKE. I seriously got up, walked back to my bike, dragged it back home, kicked it over at my parents' feet and went to go shower the blood, dirt, tar, gravel, and shredded skin out of my still-bleeding arm. In case you couldn't tell, I'm STILL bitter about that one.
You're laughing, the fairy got squished by a giant boobsnake and you're laughing. As for youtube recommendations I'll go with Ordinary Sausage and Tom Bates.
"the old wow days where you're a warrior fighting a hunter" My personal favorite was the corruption warlock. Hide around corners, pop out for five seconds to drop a giant cloud of DOTs on the target, then I scamper away, looking for a new target. I very rarely got kills, but I'd always be in the top 5 for damage in the battleground because the entire other team is actively searching for my demonic ass lol
6:27. God I know. The number of things that I have liked in the last 15 years, number of phases or trends or just fascinations I've had has left me with so many channels I dont watch anymore. Or someone just changes their content and it's not what I want anymore.
Whenever an anime-ish franchise has some years-long backstory and random esoteric lore that requires a doctorate to put on a timeline, I just assume it's related to Touhou. To this day, I still don't even know what a Touhou IS, only that there's yokai, a miko, and whatever Gensokyo is (I know the last one from Terraria mods)
I'll end your ignorance of Touhou. It's a series of good bullet-hell scroll shooters with great music and fun characters. It also spawned a ton of fan made games, music and other stuff.
10:24 while we wait for silk song cheak out gleamlight to help scratch that hollow knight like itch, its a distinct world made of stained glass with enemies made of stained glass too... solid game play, 10/10 art style.
Indei have you every thought about playing Cruelty Squad? Its got weird visuals, it gives you a CEO mindset, there are a few bouncy castle people, and you can open a door and instantly be killed by just one guy. There are even "rats"
He didn't show it, but beating the game unlocks a boss re-challenge mode (including harder versions of all the bosses, featuring insta-death traps), and harder difficulty options, like remixing the map (mirrors the map, and changes up enemy placements) or hardcore mode (death = delete save file).
game looks great. i thought you'd mention something about the secret items, when you beat a boss without taking damage, but I don't know if it's somethin they did it again for this game.
The Vtuber “Playbles” is relatively small and fun to watch. One of the most wholesome people I’ve seen, plays horror games, easily scared😂 Solid recommendation for you @indeimaus
To 'Boobourne' and beyond... Whoa! I think the only light mode that people are going to make fun of is the bleached hair. Very Final Fantasy protagonist vibes for the Japan trip, but I'm also getting a flashback of the 90's... Well atleast it is not frosted tips. LOL Have gun on your trip. Don't do anything I would do, ;)
Never though about this before but indeimaus kinda looks like if you flipped a broom upside down and wrapped fancy wrapping paper all along the handle.
Hey, nice video dude :D Might be a dumb question, but did you mix live record/reaction during the gameplay and voice over after or just voice over after you record the whole game?
It's not a metroidvania. But i highly suggest an indie game called SANABI. The game is fast fluid and fun, great soundtrack, and has an incredibly emotional story. I legitimately have no idea how this game doesn't get more attention. Regardless thank you for your videos love your stuff
when i was a kid, me and my friends road our bikes to the junkyard, found a big hill of gravel, and i wanted to ramp my bike off it, so i went full speed into it. by bike did a full stop at the hill and slammed me right into the curve of the handle bars. i thought i was gona die lol.
"let us choose the hard mode" dude The Fool is right there. Also where did you find that elevator in the last area there was definitely no elevator when I played it
what should i visit in tokyo
You're gonna love it I was just in Japan back in October. Some recommendations; the Muscle Girl Bar was a highlight, Golden Gai for night life, and Yodobashi Akiba (mega shopping building)
Persona
A barber xp
U should visit a one piece restaurant
Gotta hit up Akihabara, even if you walk out broke and with back pain from carrying too many big titty anime figures.
Red Light District???

Yea it's criminal he doesn't have 1 million+ subscribers. His Dead Space trilogy is one of my favs.
"no one here is gonna judge it"
Amen, brother
I want to see justice for that little demon square. He put his heart and soul into that job interview.
That big spider was a little spider that you hit with your leaf in the game before
You know what dropped in 2017? PREY(2017)!!! Great game you should play!

3:56 Wasn’t expecting Indeimaus to mention Psycho-Pass in a Momodora video
It is an awesome series indeed
holy shit 7:29
Zanny, I know you don’t play a lot of 2D games but at least you support other UA-camrs who plays them.
Bro when will you do a face reveal
WTF IT'S ZANNY I WAS NOT EXPECTING HIM TO BE HERE
surly you do a collab with indie 🙏
8:14 as well
Indimaus, I just wanted to say I absolutely love your content. You're an incredible gifted person & appreciate all work you put in to these projects. Stay beautiful champion. I'm so excited to see your next adventure.
Has it really been 5 years?? I remember laying on a bench waiting for my next college class watching your old momodora video
7 years
Yeah this dude failed math class 😂

Honestly my favorite thing about this channel is how much passion and personality this man puts into these videos. The games are just a bonus.
Right? I watch him play games I'm not even interested in just because of how funny and passionate he is. It's criminal that he doesn't have millions of subscribers.

The final words of a man struck by lightning. Clever, Maus. Very clever.
Halloween is a long time out, but Indeimaus definitely spooked me with that shock of blonde hair.
If you like well made, retrospectives with a tinge of goth-emo philosophizing, grimbeard is a nice channel to watch.
Grimbeard is like Indeimaus, but better and without the narcissism

That was fucked of your parents, im sorry
Damn dude, I don’t blame you. I’d probably do the same thing to be honest. Hope you feel better now
That bike story was hilarious. I wanted to see what would happen if I stuck a a stick in my wheel so you know. Big brain bois
I forget that you have a face and a human body and are not a concious from the skyline.
Well, I guess I gotta recolour indei's hair for the ad spots now!
10:54 For those who haven't played, I cannot convey enough how accurate this statement is. That random flower is harder than most hitless bosses.
16:54 Ayo is that a snake named Paul? Alright, I was on the fence before but now I'm sold
I recently found the SuperEyePatchWolf, enjoyed his video essays quite a lot
It's been so nice to see your tattoo glow up since you started this channel
Idk nothing about the series but the main character is cute so it’s the best game ever

First a giant snake woman, and now a giant elf woman. This is definitely became my favorite game ever this year.
Indei making sound effects never gets old... 👍
"No one here's gonna judge ya" Maus knows his audience well.
Bobby brocoli is great. He does videos on controversies in the science world like people faking cloning and element descoveries and stuff like that
shocking you still dont have a million subs, you're the absolute best channel around
Momodora and Maus, name a more iconic duo
