Use a pencil or a rolling soft pencil eye liner I don't recommend using liquid liner for anything within your waterline unless it says it says it's safe for the inner eye
Finally someone who encounters the same problem as myself. Drawing my eyebrows is like I want to enter the mirror and I feel it's cool but once I put on my glasses, my wrong because crystal clear😢
