My drl harness connector says connect white wire to Headlight, Do I connect it to headlight wire by spicing it to which cable or fuze from one of the headlight fuzes ?

Can somebody put up a video and show people how to wire up led drls to a 3 pin toggle switch and not to the mains or driving lights on a mk5 vw golf . A step by step guide in as much detail as possible please IN ENGLISH .

Its sample as Daylight Lights, You can Connect throw DRL modules and Fuse Box and Rele, Im Not sure if I can connect to the direct light Bulb on the position Light, With a Wanna Be, My Car are everything conected throw Key
