There is no risk to void, most of the rooms on the chest are tougher then those boss fights. In addition by "uninspired" people also mean that final boss is also recycling other bosses and doesn't have anything new and original to it. Except art that wasn't even working at first.
It's *Afterbirth* plus. A way to add mod-support. They didn't have to add items. They didn't have to add another floor so I'm very content with an extra path that uses (mostly) the same assets. It's not a new game nor concept. It's still *Afterbirth*
Ok what is everyone's most hated new enemy from afterbirth+. Mine are the new spiders which spawn a spider nub after they die. Only because they can spawn on the first 2 floors and will have more hp then half of the bosses on those 2 floors.
Brimstone, Pentagram, Capricorn, Halo, Death's Touch, Synthoil, Abaddon, Second Incubus, Ceremonial Robes, Lil' Brimstone, Cricket's Head. Rather hard to imagine a luckier run.

The bone item doesn't drop your range, but it doesn't give the small tears upgrade either. And bone tears break into 1-3 smaller fragments instead of 4.
Box of Friends should have an 8 room charge and give double followers for the entire floor and to balance, battery consumables should only give 4 charges when holding the item.
