Got these thinking they were the slightly larger Panfish floats ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx_rJB7cli5f1ofPVGgn80S7Yj4vqwq0gU recommend they work just fine. The smaller size lets me carry more in my tackle box, and the 3 color choices are nice for different lighting conditions, backgrounds, etc. They aren't the most durable things in the world. But, as cheap as they are, it's not heartbreaking to lose one or have to replace a worn one. The price on these fluctuates wildly, from about $9 to almost $16. So, time your buy accordingly.
Love watching you guys fish always entertaining. Do us a favor and replace that horrid stonfo connector and go with either bead or Dacron, they’re 100% better to use.
*These are very small, lightweightits **enjoyable.fishing** recommend they’re meant to use with the trout magnet 1/16 oz jigs however they also work great for fishing live bait. My son and I have caught crappie, blue gill, bass and catfish using these for various setups. You can fish slipit style or pinch you line between theit and the shaft for a non slip setup.*
Nice video mate I would recommend when hooking something a little bigger in the margin adding a little more to your top 2 so you can play the fish further out which allows you to use the leverage from your pole alongside your elastic
Is that elastic a art of the rod or do you ourchase as you would line? If so, where do you buy it at? You boys across the pond get all the neat cane pole gear. Sadly, its just not that popular here in the states
Hello buddy, the cheapest pole I found is 65 pounds Ron Thompson 11m pole, is not a bad one, but it's a little bit heavy. I suppose for begin with a pole, an 8m one is enough, you can find some good quality 8m poles, between 100 and 200 pounds. Good luck buddy
@@OnTheHookFishingTV I know mate i just love the rod and reel. Cant get into pole fishing. but its as u say each to there own. There are alot who use them now. Still like your content though just saying.

Didn't really look too hard at the sizes but was happy when they came that the biggest size was what I was hoping for
Good video my friend, nice to see a lake with a proper sized platform.

What can you use when catching bigger carp. I went to a place and my rigs kept snapping but nowhere does better rigs
