Joginder ji you rightly said that when MRP is written on the every product to protect the consumers, so why not the MSP be given to the farmers to ensure their livelihood.
No one can pay more than the market price.
For example: Keep MSP 100/kg for wheat. Fees of kids, price of land, Majdoori, Salary of teachers etc everything will increase in proportion.

Tax kitna deta hai punjab? Tax denge nahe aur lootenge centre ko. Tum logo ka tamasha poora desh dekh raha hai. Msp nahe milne wali modi 400 paar zarur jaega. Aur hamare tax ke pese development pur kharch hona chahiye na ke msp pur. Agar msp chahiye tou apni cm ko bolo. Woh dega msp. Centre should pass law to keep agreicultre to state affairs and not centre.
अच्छी जानकारी। खुले मार्केट का नियमन सरकार को भी करना चाहिए। जिस प्रकार उपभोक्ता के लिए MRP निर्धारित है उसी प्रकार MSP निर्धारित होनी चाहिए।

पंजाब मे MSP guarantee कानून लागु होना चाहिये।
पंजाब में तो गोली मारने के बाद भी केस नहीं दर्ज होना चाहिए। क्योंकि पंजाब के ही तथाकथित किसानों को सब चाहिए। बाकी देश में तो किसान है ही नहीं, या उन्हें कुछ नहीं चाहिए।

Only way remaining is that all farmers stop farming for two years or stop to sale their products fully. However it is very tuff for small farmers but they have no other options. It is true that all products prices are depending on their demands. Here also farmers always losers as when their products ready , prices of their products fall down. Holding capacity of farmers are very less. Here govt have to come forward and support the farmers through MSP.

आए दिन देखा जा रहा है किसी खाद्य पदार्थ के दाम ( टमाटर , प्याज़, और लहसुन ) के दामों में एकदम से बढ़ोतरी कुछ समय के लिए हो जाती है। उसके लिए सरकार को भंडारण नीति किल्लत पर ( छापेमारी की नीति )बनानी चाहिए।

We the people have got used to "bakwaas" and "jhoot" by Godi media but I expected that at least in the farmers protest issue they will rise to the occasion and present the truth. We are a country which treats our farmers on par with our jawans because they work hard to provide us food security. Modi has anyways proved that he doesn't care for farmers but only uses them for votes. But it is really sad to see the media channels paint farmers as a menace and avoiding the horrific stories of farmers being assaulted with pellet guns.😢

Correct, msp in more crops will help diversification of farming and different crops extracting nutrients from different depths of soil. Other crops are not water loving crop like Paddy.
