Fallout 4 Mohave Wasteland, with files extracted from Fallout New Vegas then ported and played in Fallout 4 Engine. The wasteland is empty but it is a show case that the world is playable.

With extra modding, perhaps. However, the knowledge to do that is beyond me, I afraid at this point.

There was a conversion tool for it. Unfortunately, it was deleted by the original modder a while ago. I no longer have it myself.
Would really be nice to explore the Mojave with shadows haha

The author of this Conversion tool has removed it on Nexus. I don't have it anymore unfortunately.
