    Ingredients:
    1 cup Poha (Flattened Rice) / પૌંઆ
    1/2 cup Daliya (Broken Wheat) / દળીયા
    1.5 cups Rice Flour / ચોખાના લોટ
    4 tbsp Sesame Seeds / તલ
    4 tbsp Ghee / ઘી
    1 tbsp Red Chili Powder / લાલ મરચાં પાવડર
    1 tbsp Coriander-Cumin Powder / ધાણા-જીરું પાવડર
    1 tsp Ajwain (Carom Seeds) / અજમો
    1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder / હળદર પાવડર
    1 tsp Asafoetida / હિંગ
    1 tsp Cumin Seeds / જીરૂ
    Salt to taste / મીઠું સ્વાદ પ્રમાણે
    Water as needed / પાણી (જરૂર પ્રમાણે)
    Oil for frying / તેલ (ફ્રાય માટે)
