I'm 34 but haven't been in great shape in about 10 years. I loved the tramp growing up but my dad thought gymnastics was for girls... I just found this sport and think i could do it with a lot of work. Am I too old to start? I can front and back flip, swan dive, back and stomach bounce, side flip.... pretty basic but i was jw if you thought it was possible to be good starting at this age....
