    पहले मैं निशा मधुलिका चैनल बहुत देखती
    उसके बाद मसाला किचन को काफी काफी समय तक देखा
    लेकिन आज की तारीख में अगर मुझे कोई रेसिपी ढूंढने होती है तो मैं सबसे पहले पूनम किचन में ढूंढती हूं

    I have made it but by mistake I add salt. Can i use it

      Yeah, absolutely you could use it. Generally salt is not added to wadi mix because it tends to thin out the mix. While using wadi in any subzi, keep account of this salt so that you do not oversalt your subzi.

    I took all the spices from your recipe; ground them and use them without making the wadis. They make an amazing masala to go with daliya khichadi to your lauki sabzi recipe.

    Sister, very well explained, I also stay in less sunny country, i will try it in comming days, but pls let me know i would like to do this process with full enclosed uris daal or broken daal with it's natural covering with full fiber.
    Would it be successful, it might look dark, but it will be little close to nature n healthy.
    Pls advise me ahead....

    Thank you for sharing your recipe and the tip. I tried out the wadi and baked it following your instructions. It turned out well exactly as you made it in the video. Made the Lauki ki Sabzi and added the wadis. It was extremely delicious. I try out most of your recipes because I like North Indian cuisine.looking forward for more videos from you.       Haanji, wadi achchhe se sukhakar aap kitchen mei cupboard mei bhi rakh sakte hain. Agar wadi sahi se sookhi na ho tou usme keeda lagne ka darr rehta hai.
