I have heard good and bad about them. I didn't want to risk "tricking" the ECM and interrupt its ability to make proper adjustments. I have had a few friends that used spacers and later took them off for that reason. That is just our take on them.
Really sorry. I don’t remember the code. But changing the throttle body solved our issues. We have doing the H3/5.3 to be a little particular when it comes to throttle body changes.
No noticeable noise difference. The throttle response improvement is noticeable. We have a large flow Air Dock pipe between the filter and the throttle body and an AFE air filter. That combination works great.
Hello I have a problem with my Hummer H3 2006, it doesn't want to accelerate and reverse when I press on the gas, it doesn't even want to move when its on neutral! I thought replacing the transfer case to a new one would make it start to move but it did nothing.. Do you know if replacing the throttle would be good? It starts up really good and well its just when I press on the gas pedal it makes an ugly clanging noise

Thank you. The intake is Air Doc. I also run an aFe Air Filter. I have had both for several years. I like them both.

What error code did you get? I am getting P0068, and I've been told to get a new throttle body. Cheers

No changes to shifting at all.

We haven’t had that problem. I would only be guessing. Try one of the hummer forums. They are typically very helpful.
