This lets teams win with a different draft in every game and makes sure champ select is an elaborate game of rock-paper-scissors. Too bad Rito mistakes this dynamism and the self-balancing from bans as actual balance.
When senna isn't killing the minions, they drop souls more often. It's also easier to farm souls off champions when u dont have to think about csing. The souls give ad, gold, range, crit chance, and lifesteal in pretty incredible rations (kindred is upset big time). When the math is done to compare senna stacking to senna farming, it's pretty even, so they let the "support" farm so the team as a whole is stronger.
