I agree and will go a step further and say that all vehicles should have 360 cameras so there can never be any dispute over fault because it would be not possible to deny or accuse with that evidence. It would also improve and reduce or even eliminate false claims. Raul is totally correct here. This kind of stuff happens all the time. Someone apparently see you hit the car, but all the time you were there, nobody came out. Happened to a friend of mine. When they reviewed the CCTV on the truck and compared it to the pictures that were sent in, the vehicle had been turned around with the damage being on the roadside. CCTV showed the car was originally parked with the damage on the footpath side. If this happens again, play along with them and ask for a statement from the alleged witnesses and then report them to their insurance and police for insurance fraud. It won't go anywhere but they'll never try that shit again and their name will permanently be placed on the insurance database for attempted fraud.

Nice driving....and I wouldn't let it it bother you....even though you'll probably have this rattling round your head for ages, knowing the bugger was doing an insurance scam...What will infuriate you more is that, the bugger has lied and will probably get off scot free from the acusations.....anyway. apologies for depressing you even more!....
Could be a simple scam, car damaged earlier, saw an opportunity to get someone else to pay. Not very clever, with damage to his right side, truck not likely to have squeezed down the footpath.
Could be a simple reaction, just seen the damage, assume it just occurred.
i drove this lorry in ets2
I'm going to comment before watching until the end but you didn't hit that car, you could have asked for pics of the car hit and if the truck has no damage, there is no way to have hit the car anyway
Trying to pull a fast one and claim for a prior damage already on his vehicle
Typically Boltonistan , worst place ever 😂
Could have been the person that said it was you that actually did the damage.
If its the mug that blocked the road with his van then he seems the type to be a bellend
cant afford his own repairs grr
🚛👍
Nothing else happened? The weapon should be done for attempted fraud.
This is the 2nd time video evidence has found you innocent...You should set-up your own Dashcam or GoPro to constantly record your day behind the wheel.. I doubt the cab system is up to the task?? The quality of the Jaguar Smash wouldn't have saved you this time 🤔🤔
I definitely need a dashcam
@@Raul689 1Million% set-up a GoPro that covers both mirrors and obviously front....The quality of the Jaguar Smash was very poor quality.. Always Cover Your Butt...Your an Agency Driver... Let's blame him!!!
Inform the police, kinda sounds like fraud, he can get into a LOT of trouble!
Bet he was what u would say none Caucasian ?
Very elegantly said 😄
You are right
