confirmed is such a strong word. In Garen's lore, it's heavily hinted at that he has feelings for Kat, and I mean HEAVILY hinted at. That being said, there is nothing in Kat's lore that hints that she even knows who Garen is.

it basically a canon thing by now. A lot of champion hint about their relationship already
nothing new. they have references everywhere. some champions have special interactions for the two where theyre dropping hints, like tahm. there is the dino gnar splash art etc. and then there is mention of each other in their lore. garen has a special taunt where hes hitting on kat too.
They practically have a sexy rivalry. Or maybe a sexy murderous relationship.

I like that Lux has some criticism for her fellow Demacians, but is generally a nice champion if you go off her taunts. She's even willing to hug Twitch for crying out loud.
I like how Lux took her comeback back when she insulted Jarvan as if he was going to fire her from her job.
I love that they added lore related interaction it makes the characters feel more alive.
