Her new lore is that she co-founded Demacia alongside Orlon and that she pretty much has been looking for the hero (who is herself) since Orlon died of age, she pretty much doesn't age so she's practically immortal as long as she isn't killed, and that makes her a couple of hundreds, maybe thousands, yeas old.
dude what u say is true no doubt abt it but its all punch this and that and this and that the only interaction that was good was the one towards Lux (this is my opinion thou)

Let me explain: they both were a statue for quite a while(Sion was contained there as a corpse, Galio was chiseled from the very beginning), they both serve as juggernauts for their armies lorewise, they both somewhat not that intellectually gifted(Sion's brain must have been halfway rotten by now, Galio is just a golem) and they have some particularly great grudge at each other(Sion also refers to Galio with something like "How many times should I fight you?!", not particularly sure), and at last both of them serve as a symbols of their nations in one way or another. What do you think?

The music playing in the background gave me an idea, whenever there's a galio on the team, there's a little radio in the shop playing it, and maybe in the future they can do the same with other champs (pentakill songs if there's a pentakill skin maybe?), makes the fountain a bit more fun :) and a radio is lorefriendly aswell! they probably have them in zaun and piltover, and the reason for the shopkeepers to have one is because they're travelling salespersons. Tbh, a small thing to play some tunes is the base is a perfect addition.
He has SO many phrases that make him up for a ABSOLUTE GIANT, and his splash art shows him as a giant as well, but he is barely taller then Tristana in game... That's really really depressing. He should be taller, or at least as tall as a turret!

After that Riot made a bundle with ezreal and shyvana referencing it and it became thing since. Its quite stupid really.
He can cetainly be a fun, new champion on his own, but he's nothing like the original Galio, personality wise. It seems like they just kept the very basic elements from Galio (Not even Gargoyles, just "Made of Stone" "Anti-magic" "Demacian"). He certainly can have a very interesting backstory which will adress the full potenial of his character archtype, but it's just not the Galio people remembered. I think other reworked champion all got their basic elements there. I don't really understand why Riot choose Galio to have a 180 degree shift.
Things implied by Galio's interactions - Galio would fight literally everything once, even if he loses. - He doesn't much care for names because people come and go while he remains, but he does remember royalty such as the Jarvans. He has also met every Jarvan to date. - He has never been underwater. Not a surprise to be honest. - Galio remembers Poppy (but doesn't know/say her name? Calling that a dev oversight.) and they have likely existed aware of each other for untold amounts of years. - Taking a bit from the Sion interactions, Galio and Sion have fought before. - Galio seems to talk as if he is still colossus-sized. Which is weird. - He does not have ears but can still hear sound just fine. - His suit size is 7000. - Galio doesn't much care for reading but he can read. He only needs somebody to turn the pages of a human-sized book for him. He probably just hates that the words are so tiny, sure speaks for how good his ability to see things must be. - He is likely unfamiliar with the Freljord and other Runeterra places due to his magical-powered colossus nature. Which is why he wants to travel the world with Lux. - Galio has likely never felt the cold before handling the Iceborn Gauntlet. - Galio does not grasp the concept of people living their lives and see it as monotonous behaviour.

- Galio has likely never felt the cold before handling the Iceborn Gauntlet.
