Blur effect does not work. I place the exact same score points and it does not work. The EPIC text effect is made impossible to do because you chose the video file from computer after typing the text. Nobody does that. You first cut the video file in your timeline, then add text. No one keeps cut and polished detail video in computer to add over the text file. Frustrating.
