I followed the instructions and put the white side to the sore. However, the white side doesn’t stick as much as the other side (colored side) when I put it in my mouth. Therefore, the canker cover never works because it never sticks. Are there any solutions?
Some of this issue may depend on where in the mouth your canker sore is located. If you are still not able to get it to work for you, please do reach out to our Consumer Affairs department at consumeraffairs@doc-brands.com and one of our customer care agents will be glad to assist you. Thanks!
The tablet may be removed by gently peeling the tablet from the sides while washing with warm water, but we do recommend allowing it to dissolve completely to avoid irritation to the affected area.

If accidently swallowed, is it digestible? or do I need to get my stomach pumped?
Great question! Canker Cover is safe if swallowed.
You look like someone who would swallow a canker cover
I have one in place and it’s been more than 12 hours, so I remove the gel still in place? Or do I let it completely dissolve?
