What I found the best way to help prevent and help symptoms (I had braces and would cut my mouth thus being highly acceptable to sores) RINSE YOUR MOUTH WITH MOUTHWASH EVERY NIGHT, ✨this absolutely saved me when I had braces✨
but mouth wash is bad for you as it kills good bacteria in mouth

I got canker sores rn and its killing me . Its painful but its not that bad its hard to eat or drink or even speak
I was getting them all the time as soon as one healed another would take its place. I started using iodized salt with my meals and they immediately went away and I haven't had one since. Its amazing. I hope this helps.
Try just applying some salt to the sore directly I currently have one rn and I find it to work best

Just get your finger wet, sprinkle baking soda on it and use your finger to apply it to canker. Wait a minute or 5 ( as long as you can) then spit out. Helps get rid of them fast! Hth😊

I got a couple canker sores and got special ointment and mouthwash. But this morning, it seemed like the sores were worse. I just checked my toothpaste and sure enough, there is SLS in the ingredient list 😢

i suffer by canker sores very often. im 11 and i put salt directly on it, it dosent hurt to me.
i HAD cranked sores but my dad told me to just leave it even though it hurts and I tried the salt water thing it kinda works……..

I have a littel bump in my mouth roof on left side it's not healing from past one month before it was there i had cold and also eaten hot food is that just canker sore or cancer😢
I got 3 canker sores in the inner part of my lips because I bit my lip by mistake but I put ice which helped to lessen the pain

This video was really helpful after a month or 2 i get sores in my mouth i usually had them. I went to the doctor they checked and all the time they kept saying stop eating spicy things and fast food. Well i tried every thing it gets better in 3-7 days my toothpaste had sls i didn't knew about i changed that started using sls free toothpaste which sensodyne rapid action. I started observing better results and now I'm good. Also another tip for those with sensitive mouth having mouth sores cankers or any other mouth related problem start taking vitamin b12 supplements. Do a little research and you'll find it helpful. I either do a salt water solution or apply a pinch of salt to the sore. It absolutely burns like hell and might cause a bit of irritation if your not careful but I find it easing the pain

Sodium Laurel Sulfate is in a sulfa based toothpaste. I'm allergic to anything sulfa or sulfur based, including lotions and toothpastes.

I've been sick the past few weeks after being diagnosed with alpha gal and I recently ate some unsafe seasonings and it's caused a severe reaction, I currently have about 30 ulcers all over my mouth and my tongue and it's been one of the most painful things I've ever experienced in my life. All of my toothpaste got those SLS things! I brush my teeth often (2-3 times a day) and always get canker sores (actually got one right now). The moment I run out of toothpaste I'll go look for one without that damn SLS.

I get canker sores often especially during fall/winter. I forgot where I saw but putting toothpaste on the sore for about 30 sec helps me. It’s very painful but, feels good after and eventually heals within the next few days. I hate these so much. Lol

See an Internist . It may imply a bad health condition. according to my doctor, only people with very weak immune systems could normally have multiple sores. Those who are cancer patients and arw undergoing dialysis. So you better have yourself checked
In my case, i was saved frpm worse illness because i had myself checked after having multiple mouth sores
The funny thing is I just switched up my toothpaste and I was like just started getting them I was like wtf soon as I saw SLS I wemt to check the ingredients and sure enough it’s in it back to my old toothpaste tomorrow 😆
