Totally unrelated to the video but I was out getting ice cream last night (special treat for finally getting a diagnosis of POTS😂) and they had a "chunky chunky Hippo" flavor in honor of the baby hippo at the Cincinnati zoo! All I could think about was Harlow😂
Your vlogs definitely aren't boring! The fact that you're showing your real life rather than doing things just for the videos to entertain people is what makes your vlogs so interesting. Among other things of course ;) I also want to say that I think your mother is awesome! I love that she drove your dad to his appointment even though they are divorced, it's incredibly kind of her. Just got my wisdom teeth out this morning and when they were putting on my EKG leads I lifted up my shirt for the last one and they were like how did you know? I've had so many medical procedures I know what's going on and don't even get nervous anymore lol

I just have to say thank you Jaquie and Judd for letting us into your crazy lives. I know it can't be easy to show the life you live behind closed doors especially dealing with so many chronic illnesses but it just goes to show that we all have something to fight for and to live for! Its sometimes what able bodied people do not understand and i thank you for sending the message that its okay not to feel like you have to do a whole bunch of stuff when you dont feel good. I just watched one of your videos for the first time and I feel so privileged as a person of good health I have been taking life for granted the past couple months and been feeling sorry for myself. 0:46 I've been woken up by my mom like this probably 5 different times. I've woken up with my feet on my pillows probably 20 times, and when I had a little bed that was close to the floor I woke up on the floor often 😂😂😂😂
Oh so about orthotics, on Qvc.com they sell a brand called vionic and theyre orthotic shoes. They have flip flops and such. I'm pretty sure orthotic inserts are expensive so maybe take a look at the shoes first? Hope this helps!

hey jaquie! i had surgery on monday and i've been feeling kinda crumby due to my mobility being limited (my surgery was near my left knee) so i've been using a wheelchair to get around with high pain. i've been watching your videos with my mom and we've been having a blast :))
So nice your parents are good to each other! Mine are divorced and as much as my mom tries to be civil it's hard because my dad is a drama queen and always looking to stir things up. Wish they were as good together as your parents, so nice they can put aside their differences for their lovely daughter :)

I don't know if you are aware but the sticky left on your skin from adhesive can be removed with any kind of oil, olive or coconut is kind to skin as well, I used to try to scrub it off with soap causing irritation.
Harlow's toy in the video that she's chewing is Nylabone brand. My dogs have the same one. A good brand with sturdy toys made for chewing and safe to eat if it so happens that your dog bites a chunk out of it.

I could possibly afford that so I was wondering how it benefited you .
Have you ever had your vitamin d levels checked? I know you live in a hot climate, but how often do you go outside. Sometimes symptoms are worse if lacking vitamin d. It's a really cheap test and couldn't hurt to check :).
Great channel and dog! I was wondering if you have ever tried medical marijuana or cbd oil to help with your disease. I had chrons and it was getting worst with the doctors medication. They helped with pain though. But when I tried medical marijuana, yoga, and diet change I was able to complete reverse my symptoms and am able to do things I could not have imagined a few years ago. You do know that having a medical dog allows you to write off the vet care and I believe the feeding of Harlow and all the medical equipment she wears is a write off on taxes. Her crate, leashes, licenses, etc and whatever you need to have her help you should be a write off. You can find all this if you look online about tax write off with service dogs. I know you are great with the commputer. I just thought I would share that information since you spend a lot of money out of pocket it seems. Toys count too because they are apart of her training, teaching, etc. I believe if she needs to be board and care that that is also a write off. I believe the rules are for Federal Taxes, I don't know if that is State. You probably know all this, but if you didn't I thought I would mention it. All the goodies you have purchased from Etsy for you port, feeding tube, medical backpacks are also a medical write off. I get RX's from doc in advance if I have to order anything medical. I can't reach my toes to do a pedicure since I am fused and have prescriptions for pedicures so they can be tax deductible for medical reasons. Vitamins, eye saline, all the stuff you use that you don't get from your medical group that delivers stuff to you counts for a write off. I thought I saw a nutritional drink, Insure that you purchased in a video is a write off for you as well. Like I said, I always get an RX just to have on hand in case I am audited by the tax folks. As you know when you have a chronic illness there are alot of expenses that are not reimbursable, but if you can write off some items that is a win. (if there is a win with chronic illnesses).
I have a question. I have problems with sounds and stuff. I bought a pair of headphones, with a 21 rating. They were working at first. But now, even with the headphones on, I'm still prone to meltdowns. What can make my situation better?

Hey jaquie! I've been having a REALLY hard time with GP and I was wondering how you find the strength to get up out of bed in the morning? I have not eaten in 4 days and I'm really struggling to do simple things like get out of bed and washing my face and brushing my teeth
With all of the police shootings do you not worry about putting information about Your husband on the Internet? My husband is in law-enforcement and we would never show him on camera, it's highly advised where he works to keep a very low profile. My husband doesn't even go into a store in his uniform and he always wears a T-shirt over his uniform shirt. Recently there was information about a gang that is specifically targeting police officers in Florida. Please be careful. Someone could very easily figure out where you live based off of all of the information that you have given about where you live and what he does. I would think his employer would be concerned over how public his life is.
