Yes!! Both good ones!!
Yes !!! No diggity no doubt !!
Yesss!
Black Sheep - Similak Child
Take Me there Black Street...
Queen Latifah was originally a rapper. Naughty By Nature is her group.
Naughty By Nature Everything Is Gonna Be Alright
I didn’t know that
@@shantereed she was bar'd up for her time too.
Yeah treach from naughty was queen latifah’s background dancer. Tupac was a background dancer for digital underground. Both groups were on tour together so that’s how Pac and teach from naughty became homies.
People really don’t know Queen Latifah was a rapper? God I’m old!!!😏
People were actually cool with each other back then, it was nothing to see other artists in a video not their own, even if they weren’t even on the song. Collabs were done not for recognition or to get paid...but with their actual friends making an appearance to support them.
Facts!
Don't forget Queen Latifah discovered them too.
Fo real.. these guys reacted to Dre and snoop vid and had no idea Warren G was in there.
Yes the good old days.
Facts‼️
Ya'll cannot imagine how many years this song was everywhere. Young, old, black, white, everybody knew it. And Queen Latifah had a label they were on. She also had them come on an episode of Living Single. She mentored them. They seemed close so I'm not sure if they grew up together.
Both grew up in EO/Newark NJ.. Latifah came out before them n extended her hand back to pull up her dudes from her hood!
I remember it was in the game NBA Live 2000 and I used to turn off the rest of the songs so it was always on over and over as I played.
They are all from East Orange, New Jersey, so they probably knew each other as kids.

How did we become so divided....I don’t understand....
The video was directed by Spike Lee who you saw introduce it. There are cameos in the video of Run-DMC, Queen Latifah, Kriss Kross, Tupac Shakur, Monie Love, Easy-E, and Da Youngsta's.
OMG they should do Monie Love. (Monie in the Middle, Its a Shame) Or Q-Tip Vivrant Thing
Naughty by Nature : "Everythings Gonna be Alright"- you guys would love that one -TRUST
One of their most underrated songs, and it's a fact
😊 yes yes 🤗 this 1983 born. I can be at work on repeat or anywhere really and other old school 90s
I agree.
FOESHOW
@@albertpringle4918 and looking at 2 young men putting phat on their brain makes me smile
Oh yes, can’t beat that old school jam💯
Next up , let’s get down with O.P.P. 👆🏻
Right
@@Erikalynn1977 💯☮️
You know it!
@@leslieg.9213 yes indeed, that’s the good stuff 🙌🏻
Yeah you know me!
Listen to lyrics. Rap and songs back in the day had lyrics that made sense.
Absolutely, I remember too.
When my son was five months old he was saying hay hoooo! 😂 he’s 28 now but we love all music. Glad you liked it.
This is when rappers had talent not just mumbling over a generic beat.
Everyone used to have to complete on having a unique sound: the age of radio, cassette, CDs. This one stands on it's own.
WELL this beat was a lil generic at the time but the lyrics were undeniable true
@@jeezuschryst At least the rappers could rap and they used their own voices
@@ZeeZee9 Right? But I was referring to the beat comment..
Facts
This song was in every concert and stadium at one point.
And nightclubs! At least the good ones!🤣
And needs to be back in every concert, stadium, radio channels, and nightclubs all over again ASAP
Still is lol
Facts. Everywhere
Y'all should listen to Missy - The Rain. It was one of the best songs of its time!
Yasss! I can't stand the raaaaaiin!! Have ta do it!!
FOESHOW
Big facts! This was a game changer!
Against my window!!! Ya know she had to walk to the gas station to fill up that bubble suit😂
Please do Digibal Planets Rebirth of Slick "Cool Like Dat"
Classic jam🔥
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do THIS.
Would love to see that one.
Yesssss do this!
I was just thinking about that song. They absolutely should!!
queen latifah discovered them....she signed them to her label called "flavor unit"!
Flavor Unit was their management. Tommy Boy was their record label. Flavor Unit Records came out in 1993 after Naughty and Apache blew up.
Please watch Lady of Rage "I Rock Ruff and Tuff with My Afropuffs"
I miss these days. When the Boom Bap was real! They were signed to Tommy Boy, bruh. Queen Latifah signed them to her management company.
Shabba Ranks "Loverman"
Newcleus "Jam on it"
Nas "if I ruled the world"
Queen Latifah "Fly girl"
yes nas and shaabba
I loved that Shabba Ranks song in college
Please do their song “Feel Me Flow” next. It’s a banger .
You 'bout to feel the chronicles of a bionical lyric
lyrically splitting dismissing
I'm on a mission of just hitting
now it's written and kitten hitting wit mittens
I'm missing wishing man listen
I glisten like sun and water while fishing
Yooo that’s my shit. That and “we can do it” featuring big pun 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Yessssss heard it during 8 mile had to search it up straight away
I’m a young bull born in 1997 so almost coming out for the 90s era of rap I honestly wish I was born in the late 80s to witness how good hip hop back then was I know the parties were jumping but I’m just glad I still know the roots of hip hop and r&b and know when to give respect to it always ✊🏾
Yep, I partied hard and became a dance machine at my college graduation party in Chicago.💯💥🎯🎯🎯 class of 1993.
This was a guaranteed 'get everyone on the floor in the club' hit! Brings back so many memories.
Naughty By Nature was signed on Queen Latifah record label
Queen Latifa was the one who discovered them, she basically helped launch their music career.
Naughty by nature. Every things gonna be alright

Hip Hop legends! "Everything Is Gonna Be Alright" and "Uptown Anthem" are my favorite songs by them! 🎶
@@akerockstar...that "Uptown Anthem" goes hard. The whole Juice movie soundtrack was amazing!
This was a MAJOR party jam! Many memories dancing and having fun to this tune. O.P.P. is still my fav by them though! Thanks for making me smile today 😊
Tim was totally spot on! This was THE party song of my college days. Club, house party, cruisin....was when rap evolved into hip hop. You guys are the best.

@@mikethayer8122 Me too..I just watched it again! 💕💕
@@marywalsh5774 Yes, that and all the rest of them I gave them. Hopefully, they will listen to all of them. They will not be disappointed for sure. 💕
This was such a FUN time to be alive, young and out dancing everywhere with everybody. Great memories.
You two should also listen to "OPP" (if you haven't already done so)
The neighborhood came out to be a part of the music video that’s why you see all the people in the background. Naughty by Nature never let success go to their heads they are very down to earth and approachable when you see them, they use to walk the streets of Newark, East & West Orange, and Irvington NJ and everybody loved them and supported them and nobody bothered them. I’m from Jersey and I remember.
I remember when this song came out I quit this crappy retail job that did not appreciate me. I was really down and upset about it so my friends and I went to a club in Detroit called 3 levels of fun on my birthday. This song came on as we hit the dance floor and I immediately forgot about that stupid job and had the time of my life that night! One of my favorite songs. Thanks for reviewing and taking me back down memory lane. ❤️
This was back when rappers actually rapped instead of just putting out diss tracks every time another rapper did something that pissed them off.
React to Naughty By Nature "Everything's Gonna Be Alright " and "Uptown Anthem"...Those are 2 of hip hops most underated songs and Treach is also one of hip hops most underated legends...
treach truly does not get the recognition he deserves. Dude is such a dope lyricist. Just listen to wickedest man alive.
I'd love to see them react to Jamboree, too.
I was bout to write the same two songs! ✌️
Ghetto Bastard is one of my most favourite songs of all time.
Uptown Anthem was my yearbook theme song in 93 lol add Wickedest Man Alive to that, and you got 3 amazing classic songs. Treach most underrated rapper ever!!
At the parties and clubs...this was EPIC!! Saw them live and a crowd of maybe 20,000 or so...damn
I miss those days!
2Pac & Treach from Naughty By Nature were best friends, Treach made one of the only 2Pac tribute songs when he died called “Mourn You Till I Join You” 🙏🏻🙏🏼🙏🏽🙏🏾🙏🏿
No cussing, no name calling’, just straight rapping.
This sounds like when MTV used to have their spring break show in Florida etc that was back in the day day 💙💙
“This ain’t got $hit to do with Shampoo, but watch your Head and Shoulder”. “Ain’t bailin’ no Hay, not choppin’ no Crops, but still growing everyday”. Treacherous had Bars for days...
Naught By Nature: OPP.... That one got banned on some radio stations and was on the news and stuff. It's considered mild today, but back then.... (They actually say "OPP" in Hip Hop Hooray, but you have to already know the other song to know what OPP stands for.)
Yep...at my middle school they banned us from wearing O.P.P shirts. 😆
both of you ... Naughty by nature ... I heard their first song ... when I was 16 ... now I'm 46 ... respect for these people ... They are a living rap legend
Respect brov
Such a fun song - love it! Lots of good memories!
You got to listen to "Public Enemy" Fight the Power.
Ya! Absolutely!!
Most definately
They did already
They did it, they should do Shut em down
@@mltgirl08moore89 I'll have to look for it because I didn't see where they did. Thanks.
Try Onyx doing "Slam (Boys Be Boys)" for more high energy trips.
YES plz!!👊🏾

Onyxxx 🤔...
Okay! I'm dancing, singin, cleaning the house! 😂 Brings back memories. 💯👍🏼
"people gettin' robbed!" lol Those were squirt guns bro.
Iconic. This song never gets old...and I’m an old lady who lived through the heyday in real time when it was eeeeeeverywhere.
See what you guys have done. A year ago, if someone had told me I would be listening to rap or hip hop and actually liking it, I would have told them to stop smoking whatever they were smoking, because that will never happen! Little did I know! 😂
❤
You need to go back to 70’s. Try Earth Wind and Fire!
That’s awesome Don! Nice to have an open mind. 👍
I attended an all black elementary school and my 1st grade teacher exposed us to operas and classical music. Today, at age 67 I listen and sing it all, jazz, classical, hip hop, r&b, country, fusion...That’s the beauty of taking a chance. Btw, I grew up on Hee Haw😁
Love Naughty By Nature...this song was so popular with everyone! Queen Latifah helped them get started! OPP is another popular song and I also like Uptown Anthem! You guys are bringing me back...such nostalgia! We would all raise our arms in the bars/clubs when this played (just like the video)! ❤❤❤
Yes! 🙌🏼 So many of my high school dances this song was played at.
Hey, Ho! 💯
Yup thank you for representin East Orange, NJ where naughty by nature hails from and where I am a teacher!
Try 'A Tribe Called Quest' and 'Arrested Development', in the same vibe.
I saw them in concert opening up for Cypress Hill a couple of years ago in NYC! Great show!!
U're successful because ur reaction makes the people happy. Peace and love!
One of the greatest hip hop tracks of all time. Definitely a banger.
Have you listened to Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five "The Message?"
“Uptown Anthem” by Naughty by Nature and Microphone Fiend by Eric B & Rakim............Enough Said!!!
You two just 👏MADE 👏MY 👏DAY! 🎶
43 year old white suburban dad who grew up with this music. Love seeing you guys pop off on this song. You brought me so much joy this morning. Awesome we can all share the love of art together. Thank you.
Treach is Pepa from Salt-n-Pepa's ex-husband!!! 😭😭😭😭🙌🏾
This song makes me so happy, and brings back mad memories! Appreciate the reaction, this is when Hip Hop brought that Boom Bap, and emcees had real ether!
I have told all four of my sisters about you boys. I talk about you all the time at work. Everybody’s probably sick of it. Please try hearts and thoughts by Pearl Jam. And calling all angels by Jane Siberry.... really fits the times right now with all these Americans dying. I have a million songs i’m dying to see you react to and every time I hear one I always think of you boys first. Music is everything.
The pearl jam song is called “elderly woman behind the counter in a small town”
@@jessicarodkey6793 Yeah LOL I didn’t feel like typing all that. I figured the kids could find it
Another great song by Naughty that you guys should check out: Jamboree
YAAAAAAS!
Yes yes yes!!!
If not Feel Me Flow
@@TSquared2001 Oh totally. That one is such a bop too!
@@TSquared2001 That would be a JAM.
Great song to jump-start my cleaning routine!
Heaaay, hooo o! 🤸♀️🎶
They was based in New Jersey, so Queen was helpin them rep. Those brothers could spit some lyrics in cold rhythm! Saw them do a tribute to Run DMC that was slammin!
The Jackson Five 'Who's Loving You'
I glad someone else is asking for this song. I have been asking them to react to this song for months now. Hope they hear you.😉
Me too!🙏🏻
This was my jam way back in the day. Every car in jersey was bumping this.
Got to check out Rob Base and DJ Easy Rook “it takes two”
They already did....go check it out!
My second favorite Naughty By Nature song next to Uptown Anthem.
Naughty by nature did a collaboration with Queen Latifa on one of their albums called Wickedest Man Alive
Ps it was not radio friendly but we loved it as teens 😂
I still walk around singing this! Still all good 💯
You ought to watch Rita Wilson, Tom Hanks’s wife, do this! It’s hysterical!

Saw it, ole girl cool
This was the summer anthem of 1990. You couldn't go anywhere without hearing this or their classic OPP anywhere you walked. Damn summer of 1990 I was acting out!! This was my Sh!t!!
Ahhh...when rap was good!!
YESSSSSS
👍👍👍
90s anthem. Still the bomb.
Check out “Everything’s Gonna Be Aight” aka “Ghetto Bastard” THE UNCENSORED VERSION IS A MUST💯💯💯
Classic!
The 90’s were the golden age of rap!!! So much talent and beat and lyrical ingenuity
When hip hop was hip hop, men were men, women were about their business.
And stripping/twerking had nothing to do with i!
@@adamfike9730 Going a bit to far there
That there was a jam to get down on- dancing, everybody wit they hands up 🙌🏽 side to side 😃

The way the beat kicks in on this song is so dope. Great old skool Jam!
Please check out: EPMD " da joint", missy Elliott "the rain" , lost boys "rene", snoop dog " buck em" , slick rick "betime story", Michael Jackson " human nature", Michael Jackson " who's lovin you".....these are my old school jams!
Naughty is one of the best rap groups ever. Y'all would love a hiphop history book. There's so many out there, but there's one in particular I can't remember the name of, but it goes through the History and connections of all these different groups and artists. Just a good read to get more knowledgeable on the history of it all.
Treach 😍
Respect to these young ones appreciating real hip hop 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Should do digable planets "cool like that"
