    Thank you so much. I have a spinal issue called reverse cervical lordosis due to complications from a snowboarding injury. I have been in fairly chronic pain since first injuring my spine, and have needed several rounds of physical therapy, as well as procedures including a surgery and a nerve ablation. These have brought some benefit, but never a long lasting solution. I have been looking for something more I can bring into my own daily life. Since discovering your classes a few months back, I must say I have been feeling stronger and more flexible in my neck, shoulders, and back than I have in years. I'm really grateful for what you do. Take care and all the best

    I tried Basic Spine Mobility Exercises several times while watching the video at the same time. I haven't got there yet. I don't despair, because all your videos you explain very well and I feel like I'm being guided in my movements. Congratulations. I really like your techniques and exercises.

    • @BreatheAndFlow
      @BreatheAndFlow  Рік тому +1

      there are more techniques but as your range of motion opens up you continue to do pails rails with the new end range, the only end there is when you hit compression, bone on bone, but there is always more control and strength possible to add in your range.

    Started practicing your Yoga videos due to a neck injury that has led to a bout of ill health and fatigue. I am a newbie to Yoga but your videos are really helping me to feel good. Hopefully i am here long enough to gain the full benefits of your videos and the possibilites that mobility, breathing and the mind body connection can bring.

    do you ingest cannabis or use it for yoga? serious question because i do and i sometimes am conflicted watching your videos because i feel as though i may get more out of my practice and have more motivation to stay strict with the other holistic and healthier things i am adding to my life. thoughts on this? i wanted to comment on your most recent video but i originally asked because i stumbled upon your story time practice with flow about his back pain
