Thanks for appearing on camera. It's dispelled my fantasy that you were British Nationalist Nick Griffin, as you sound and speak with the similar cadence. A brand new, made to order, all year insulated old man or woman's retirement hut has loads of appeal. It's why I tune in mostly.

You have to know that Romanian tourists have completely different preferences as Western tourists. The Romanians rent not a single room, but the whole house, than come with a bunch of family or friends and make barbeque and party for a whole weekend. They don't even go hiking, they stay the whole weekend in the house and in the garden. On special holidays like Christmas, New Year, Easter holidays, etc. you me let such a cabana for incredible prices, while at other times of the year there is almost zero demand.
If you concentrate on foreign tourists you have to follow a completely different strategy. The Western tourists come individually and want to experience the nature and the local rural culture, they don't come to party. They don't want loud music or noisy motorcycles going around all the time. If you are a foreigner and can bring tourists from your own country, because you know the language, you know the plattforms, you know how to market your business in your home country and you also know how to entertain your guests by organizing trips to interesting places and events nearby, than such a B&B can be very successful. If you are British, bring British tourists, if you are Dutch, bring Dutch tourists, if you are German, bring German tourists, etc. You know what I mean.
If you are not Romanian, you maybe won't be able to gain many Romanian tourists. You just don't have the connections to get those tourists who are willing to spend good money (e.g. rich people from Bucarest) and there are many, many other similar Cabanas who are in the same market.

Romanian tourists will not pay as much as British or Dutch, so better not to focus on them at all.

The cost of building something like this in 2023 + the land etc most probably would exceed 130 K. You did not specify the access to utilities, water, heating system, suage, amount of land etc. In terms of style unfortunately many such new buildings are just blocks of concrete, without character or respect for local traditions. Is just like moving from a concrete flat in Bucharest into another concrete apartment in the countryside. Unless in a high traffic touristic area due to the fact that it may need heating some 9 months per year would be difficult to make a profitable business out of it.

Gun ownership for hunting here is possible but it takes some time for residents. Anyway please do make contact, this is something I want to learn more about too.
