One question!
If I want to say something that combines location, object and 了，how would it be said?
For example "The teacher took out a book in the classroom."
”老师在教室拿去来了一本书“？

These are your options to express "The teacher took a book out of the classroom."
老师从教室拿了一本书出来。老师从教室拿出来了一本书。
老师从教室拿了一本书出来了。(Here we consider 出来 as a separate action)
It seems like however the case the object 一本书 goes after 了.

Okay so I'm a little late to this video lmaoo.
We just started learning "directional complements" in class, so with 2 directional complements.
S + verb + 上/下/进/出/回/过/起 + place word + 来/去 (action is not completed) or..
S + verb + 上/下/进/出/回/过/起 + 来/去 + place word (action is completed)
One example sentence is "我跑上楼去。", now I understand the sentence, similar to the one you had, "弟弟跑下楼去。"
Another example you had: "周太太进去咖啡店去。" again, I understand the sentence.. but is it not the same message conveyed if we just say "周太太进去咖啡店。"?
I just want to understand why 2 directional complements are needed, I know I know, stupid question, because languages are just... like this sometimes - but it really bugs me that I don't understand this grammar point.
