I think these videos are great and well done for a wide audience to learn from. However in this particular video, I think the choice of using an E38 with a 6 cylinder M52 engine was very misleading. I know these smaller engines are are more common in Europe, however the expectation in the other markets (such as USA) is that an E38 is going to have an M62B44TU V8 or M73 V12, or older M62 V8 engine. You should probably rename the video to represent the engine type, not the chassis type, in this case. Continue to use the chassis type for suspension videos etc.
Thank you for your informative feedback. Your remarks are highly appreciated since now we know which replacements our viewers want to see most. Stay tuned, more interesting videos are yet to be uploaded! Best regards, Autodoc!

Thank you for your feedback! You are absolutely right, but our video is just informative as to the replacement procedure. The amount of the oil to be replaced you should specify with your mechanic or to refer to the Service Book of your car. Best regards, Autodoc.
Hello Gilbert, just to clarify, this is a prefacelift e38 BMW 7-series equipped with m52b28 single vanos engine. You can already tell by the looks of it. Some people do mix the e39 5-series and the e38 7-series. Autodoc is correct.

that's not and e38. I know, I have one, it is the right procedure, but you need 8 quarts of oil.
