I'm going for my 107 to add drones to our Real Estate Photographer business. I would like to learn mapping to. My question is what done should I buy first? I'm looking at the Mavic 2Pro or the P4Pro2. TYI !! Love your channel.
I'd go for the P4P if you're planning on doing mapping in the future. Plus, there are more used options for that platform to save some money. BUT, the Mavic Pro 2 isn't a bad choice at all and would get you pretty close if you couldn't get a p4p for whatever reason. Thanks for the love :) What would you like to see a video about next?
Just found your channel 30 minutes ago and I've already gone through 4 of your videos. Do you have any advice for someone trying to get into drone Businesses with a Spark. I figured I would start small, learn how to fly and then work on upgrading my drone. Also can you do a video on getting Part 107. Love the channel already. Keep it up.
Hey Brandon. I can do a video about getting my part 107 since that's something you're interested in. If there are any other topics you'd like to learn, please to don't hesitate to ask :) As far as starting a business with a spark, do you have a controller for your spark or are you using your phone?
Ok, good. That makes this MUCH easier. So I don't know a lot about the spark but I do know the camera isn't the greatest and it only has a 2-axis gimbal. But basic photo and video jobs shouldn't be a problem. You could also use it for indoor jobs (inside a warehouse or at an indoor event) with it's small size.
Oh yea, what I was going to write about in the first place. I looked at Houston's MLS rules. This is so new, they don't even address it specifically. They nibble around the edges and cover links to other sites but never actually address video files! Great news for me! It tells me I'm getting in on the ground floor!
Absolutely...but this video is about what to do before you ever speak to a broker about rendering services. If you go into a meeting and don't know the basics of what it takes to even list something on the mls, then your credibility will be immediately shot.
Dronero I wouldn't have though about asking that question ( about the MSL requirement) good to know. Would that be the same between commercial and residential
Excellent ! I'm going to watch it again and take some notes. Many thanks !
Superb

Awesome!!!
Yea I have the controller. I got the spark with the "Fly More" bundle.

Really helpful tip that no one else has ever mentioned before. Thank you.
Hi Taylor,
I was wondering if you could tell me how exactly you find the required MLS settings. Thanks in advance and I love your channel!
Contact a local agent or broker is probably the easiest way.

Awesome to hear Dana! Go get 'em and keep us posted! :)
Miami dade mls talks about photos but not videos, what would that mean?
Their MLS may only support videos...but I would ask an real estate agent or broker to be sure.
Do the individual brokers have their own requirement, and wouldn't that be an upcharge if they want multiformat.

MLS...should be the same for both commercial and residential to my knowledge.
