Carrot, apples, and figs, put in the pot. 2. Lotus seeds and lilly, rinse with tap water. Put in the pot. 3. Add in water in the pot up to volume of 4L. Add in the ginseng syrup at the same time. 4. The soup, heat up at high flame. Turn to medium-low flame and boil for 20 minutes. 5. The soup, add in the ginseng. Cover up the pot and boil for 10 minutes. 6. The soup has been boiled well, turn off fire and leave it for 10 minutes. 7. Complete. Serve.
