- Dodge W200 Chassis Disassembly: Rust Issues? Dana 44 and Dana 60. This time at the Quick Speed Shop I'm beginning to strip the chassis for my 1980 Dodge W200 restoration project. This chassis is out from under a 1975 W200 and features a 360 2bbl, 727, and NP 203 transfer case powering 4.10 Dana 44 and Dana 60 axles. I find some rust in the frame that will need some attention and begin to strip the chassis for paint. I'm also contemplating a lift kit, dual exhaust and other mods.

Chrysler plastic gas tanks at least 1986 had issues with algy growth reaction between the alcohol gas and plastic.
I'll be running non ethanol 90 octane exclusively in this truck.

Yes, 33 inch mud tires of some sort. Probably either BFG or Goodyear.
@@QuickSpeedShop look into the goodyear ultraterrain. I out 33s on my 3rd gen ram in my videos. They are the best tires ive ever had and i also have a set of 33 bfg atko2 on another 3rd gen i have too
