I'm Boone Bake.
Today, I'm going to make a very easy and simple yet beautiful cake.
This is a no-bake cheesecake that can be made without baking using sweet raspberries.
It's an oven-free recipe, so it's the perfect dessert for a hot summer day.
And even those who are not usually confident in decorating can make beautiful cakes.
Besides, if the manufacturing process is not difficult, there is no reason not to make it, right?
All you have to do is pour the cream alternately on the center of the cake.
Just keep pouring and let it harden in the refrigerator, and the cake will have a “Zebra” pattern when you cut it later.
And unlike regular cheesecake, yogurt and raspberry puree are added to make it fresher and more delicious.

237 ml = 1 cup
15ml = 1Tbsp
5ml = 1tsp
1 egg (without shell) 53g
(Chocolate is minced, flour is before sieving)

● Cake finished size ( 18cm*3.5cm )
● Beautiful Raspberry Cheesecake (Zebra Cake)
(Mold size: 18cm)
80g Graham Cookies (23 Small Cookies)
10 g sugar
45 g unsalted butter
10g cocoa powder ( Hershey )
270g cream cheese ( 1 cup + 1/4 cup )
75g sugar ( 1/3 cup + 2 tsp )
65g unsweetened yogurt (dehydrated) - ( 4 Tbsp )
Lemon juice 7.5ml ( 1/2 Tbsp )
5ml vanilla extract ( 1 tsp )
7g powdered gelatin ( 1 Tbsp )
35 g water ( 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
170g (3/4 cup) heavy cream
50g raspberry puree ( 1/4 cup )
food coloring
