Nice! Interesting direction with MC for Rune Knight. Sounds super versatile. I was definitely expecting you to stack true strike with shileleigh and agonizing blast.
Couple of ideas here 1) grab pact of the chain and gift of the ever living ones to get max healing on your bonus action 5d6 = 30 2) maximize the amount of resources you have..take a level in life cleric gives you 2 level 1 spell slots, medium armor, shield and 3 cantrips and the spells are good like bless, command, etc... 3) invocations matter. The eldritch blast ones are good, also mask and misty visions and eldritch mind 4) take feats like fey touched for 2 extra spells! Also tough and later resilient con

You definitely can do that but if I have a Familiar then I wouldn't need True Strike
