Such a lovely movie! The humor is gentle, the plot is fast paced and it has a strong storyline. Loved the birthday scene and the poem at the end. Both scenes were classics.

Kriti Sanon gives her best performance so far as Bitti Mishra. She plays her character with attitude and heart to a point where it is believable. Her chemistry with her parents (Pankaj Tripathi, Seema Pahwa) is such a joy to witness owing to her parents' contrasting views. Ayushmann Khurrana was great as Chirag Dubey as he grounds his character to not seem over the top. However, the standout performance was of Rajkummar Rao. Rao's exceptional dialogue delivery and expression provided some of the best moments of the film. Every time he was on the screen, he stole the show. Rao nailed every single aspect of his character. From his accent, expressions and body language, Rao didn't fail to grasp the viewer's attention.
This movie will be remembered after 10 years from now on and will become a cult classic. 🙌

This is my most favorite movie from Bollywood. But I don't know why it is so underrated. It's got a good concept, good screenplay, good comic timing, a time-based rom-com and an excellent way of portrayel of middle class Indian family love story.

Saw the movie last night with my siblings and it was EXCELLENT. Had heard good things about it so gave it a try, was refreshing to see such a good movie that didn't need a big budget. Actors were amazing, especially Rajkummar Rao!
I watched it 10 times! It was a great movie. One of my best movie of 2017 after Raees, Kaabil, Badrinath Ki Dulhania, Trapped, Hindi Medium, Jagga Jasoos and Jolly LLB 2.
