We found this beauty sitting in a barn next to an old Cornish pub
Unused for over a decade!
And I always missed my last Daytona 955i
Decided it was just too good to pass up so brought it home
So what's wrong with it, and can we fix it?
Or...... should we just sell it on and let someone else take it on!

Cheers my friend. For those who don't know me, I'm a Master Tech from 3 Manufacturers as well as a Engineer, not for nothing, but I TRULY love these bikes. I live quite comfortably building and racing Harley Davidson and Suzuki, but I truly love my 955 Triumphs.
Replace the plastic fuel line connectors and use a genuine Triumph oil filter with your choice of oil at regular intervals, perform routine maintenance, and these bikes will EASILY go 100,000 miles. I have toured at very high interstate speeds for hours on end with my girlfriend on the back, and we always arrive safe, sound, and ready for the next 300 miles.

0:09 I got my 2002 Daytona 955i CE restored! Even though it’s not as fast but I have always owned this bike 1st owner with 14k on the mileage 🎉

Yes there can be some amazing bargains on Marketplace! just never be afraid to make an offer (no matter how cheeky it is) they can only say no at the end pf the day 😉 but also remember to do your research, as you can get caught out very quickly with scammers too 😮

I spend most of my days trawling through listings hoping to find bikes like this, and sometimes I get lucky 😁

@@Budget-Cars-And-Bikes they do seem cheap for a full on sports bike. They are supposed to be better road machines than the Japanese 4 cylinder bikes which overshadowed them at the time.
@@user-cn8vb9hh5z There have not been any other sports bikes I've tested that made me smile more than these! it's crazy value for amazing fun, cheap parts and maintenance, and pretty economical too 😁
