      For beginners, you can practice the 5:2 diet, which involves choosing 2 days (day shifts) for intermittent fasting and eating normally on the other 5 days. If you have already started intermittent fasting, you may opt for the 16/8 method, selecting an 8-hour eating window during your night shifts. Prepare healthy snacks or a meal and practice portion control to avoid overeating. Another option is to eat dinner early before you start work.
      Since night shifts can disrupt your sleeping pattern, try to prioritize getting enough sleep. Incorporating meditation or yoga into your routine can also help you sleep better and reduce stress.
