Printing Business Cards by Hand

Last week I had a conference and an exhibition opening, and my business cards had outdated information. Therefore, like any (not) normal person would do, I printed my own. This is how it went.
The information side of the card was painful. I had to roll up and print the same image over 100 times. By the end of it my back was sore and hands were aching. I printed until the foil gave up on me. I was happily surprised at how long it lasted, but I wouldn't be doing this again without the help of a press.

Nice! 👍🏻 But, do business cards still work in an age of emails, texts and social media?

Great question! Usually I find I don't need them. However, in terms of the conference I attended, they were definitely a must. Especially if you are adding so many people's socials over a short time, it's difficult to remember who you met.
Also, it's nice to have a few sitting at the gallery by my work when I'm not there.
