The reverse pinch test was such a helpful demonstration! Thank you!

This is so helpful - thank you! The reverse punch is exactly what I need to have a better idea of tightness. I'm afraid I've been over tightening my girl in

How do you know if it’s too tight

You can use the Reverse Pinch Test instead if you prefer; I show this starting at 3:55 in the video

I do the normal pinch test but it seems like there’s always enough slack to pinch at the shoulders while the rest of the body is soooooo tight. Not sure what I’m doing wrong 😩

I think you should try the reverse pinch test that I showed in the video instead

I had the same issue. It would just be so tight with the regular pinch test. With your tip to do the reverse pinch test, I can still go back and get a micro pinch. Is that okay?

How do you get the slack out from around the legs?

Pull up between the crotch buckle and the chest clip and tighten the strap. I show you this in detail in the how to buckle a newborn video. Check that one out!

How do you know the harness isn’t too tight? There isn’t any slack when I buckle my 5 month old son in but I make sure that I can fit a finger in between the chest buckle and his chest.
