  • Meditation meant to be this cure-all but there are some circumstances on the healing path when meditation is more harmful than helpful.
    Being present with our experience can sometimes be too painful. We need to slowly and gently get in touch with our present experience in ways that feel safe.
    And the detached, dispassionate edge that many meditation techniques have doesn't really provide a platform for doing that. Meditation instructions don't respond to the needs of all the different parts of you in the moment.
    You need to listen to all the different parts of you, acknowledging, allowing
    When you are well-resourced and your nervous system is more open, meditation is an entirely different experience! It's much more blissful and productive.
