    I caught a 4.25lb smallmouth at Willow this past weekend. I was using a 4' 6" micro rod, felt like i was pulling in a whale. River looks fun, I'll have to try it once I bring my kayak home.

    I love topwater, but the grass at the river makes it so stressful. How do you deal with that?

    Great video! There is something satisfying in watching a fish take your topwater lure. Those tiny bass though sure are voracious! Are there a lot of people out on the river?

      @Alexander Pontiff there are a bunch of people still. It got super busy starting around 11:00

    how far downstream do you typically kayak from your launch location? Is that current hard to kayak back up?

      @BRANDAM I get dropped off upstream and picked up downstream. I usually cover a few miles
