Love the pictures you inserted. The lakes were beautiful! The color of the water comes from the glacier! When we were at Morraine Lake, it poured down rain and we couldn’t even get out of the car. :’(. Thanks for sharing!

Even us Canadians love that color. It is just those lakes around there where it is really stunning blue. There are other lakes that get close, but Lake Louise and the surrounding lakes there are so great.
Reminds me i need to bring my son again this year!

The water gets it's color from the powdered rock that the glaciers create, it flows into and becomes suspended in the lake water and interacts with sunlight

Isabela and Fabian -keep up the good work. I love the shaky and out of focus shots, the sound issues, your deutch/english ❤️ Your vlog is the most honest on UA-cam -totaly from the heart. When that is said, Fabian -your drone-shots are amazing and It´s fun that we see you in many of the drone-videos. This is not in anyway sarcastic from my side I love it ❤️😀 Umarmen Sie beide 😇

New Subscriber here...Love the EV Bimobil and being apart of your journeys. Thinking of getting an EV myself when I retire from work in a few years..I currently use a truck and fifth wheel camper on my travels to places around Canada now during holidays...
I live in Yellowknife, NT, Canada. and you should have come up this way during your travels in Alberta. Travel time is approx. 15hrs to 17hrs. drive from Edmonton,AB...depending on your speed and stop times. You'll love the rugged beauty of Yellowknife and the journey to get here if you came to visit.
    God Bless, Safe Travels..

WOW, you camped at the Moraine Lake parking lot! That's rare. What time of the year were you there? I was there the second week of Sept this year. We received an inch of snow at Wilcox Creek campground.
I have been camping in BC and Alberta for decades and you are finding places I have never seen. And they are stunning.
Love how much joy you two show discovering new places. Thank-you
    Safe travels.

Hi friends, in those places full of lakes and rivers with clear waters you can solve the problem of filling tanks of fresh water with a Shurflo pump, probably the same you use in your truck, I have an ET similar to yours with similar water capacity and fill the tanks regularly with a Shurflo pump fixed on a small piece of plywood, some meters of cable and a hose, it takes about 45 minutes to full fill tanks, you can buy the pump at any RV parts store for more less USD100 -furthermore the pump can be a spare parts in case the pump of your truck fail, it happens, good luck ¡¡

I am just reading about your blue lake
Peyto Lake really is that blue?
Yes it is! Those amazing postcard pictures you see are not enhanced. In fact, it could be said that this is one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. Peyto Lake is located in Banff National Park approximately 40km’s northwest of Lake Louise. It can be best viewed from the Bow Summit along the Columbia Icefields Parkway. The lake gets it’s colour from the large amounts of glacier rock flour that flow into it during the summer months. The colour varies depending on the season and even with the time of day. The views from the Peyto Lake Lookout in Winter are just as stunning. Due to the abundance of snow in the winter season, the Bow Summit area makes for the perfect place to snowshoe and cross country ski.

Quick question: When you say "gleesh", what are you referring to? Glacier? In that case, here's a 10 sec video how that is pronounced: ua-cam.com/video/ibmTxTT0h-o/v-deo.html P.S. to all who think I am being a smart ass: Fabian and I go way back, so even if I might be teasing him a little here, he knows I love him... :D
