Anything with Betty White is a classic. She's a true American Treasure and Legend.
And that was the last thing Abe Vigoda did also, I believe.
Amen to that 😊 She was a trooper to the end ❤
Thank you for being a friend... Traveled down the road and back again...
@@SGlitz actually, the last thing he did was die.
(technically.)
@@SGlitz Legend says he's still out there, indestructible.
The Tide ones were especially funny because they spread them out throughout the course of the night, so they really did have you thinking it was a different commercial just to get "nope, another Tide ad". Eventually, at the start of every single commercial you'd be wondering whether or not it was Tide... pretty brilliant advertising on their part because it kept you thinking about Tide every time ANY commercial came on.
Hands down, ‘It’s a Tide ad’ will always be my number 1 favorite set of Super Bowl ads. It was such a hilarious idea and you’re exactly right- after the first few times, it kept you wondering if every single ad was going to be a Tide ad lmao
The Budweiser adds with the Clydesdales were some of the best ones.
I agree, I don't know who decided these were the funniest, but the frogs should have been on the list.
But the Clydesdale one where they are playing football is one of the best!!
The Clydesdales and the puppies are the ultimate best. Hit you right in your feelings
Clydesdales snowball fight is great, one of my favorites.
Here are some of the best Clydesdale commercials - ua-cam.com/video/g77TQx2ZvE0/v-deo.html
The Snickers commercials had a whole series - and usually they were famous people, like Betty White. The old guy was Abe Vigoda, an actor who had been in the Godfather, Barney Miller, and loads of other shows/movies.
The Tide commercial was making fun of other commercials, I recognized a lot of them!
My favorite was the one with Mr. Bean.
The Tide ads were brilliant advertising. Basically saying that everything on TV is a Tide ad.
Another great series was the Trunk Monkey from Suburban Auto Group. Classic!
Another classic Snickers commercial had a bunch of young guys in a car, with one in the back seat acting "like a diva", namely the bona fide diva Aretha Franklin. At the end, in the front passenger seat is Liza Minnelli!
I didn’t that Tide commercial it kept going on n on and I see the New Zealand family wasn’t really in to it either lol
I’m so glad the Doritos time machine commercial made the top 12! Love it!
Agreed!
Can’t go wrong with a funny Doritos commercial :D
One of my faves!!!
Definitely! That's always been my favorite!
Love that Snickers commercial with Betty White. Let's face it, anything with Betty is the best. May she be resting in paradise. And that Doritos ad has always been one of my favorites. 'JIMMY? YOU'RE SO OLD' LOL 😆
And Abe Vigoda at the end of the Snickers ad was great. My favorite Super Bowl ad is still the EDS cat herders ad.
The best part about the Tide commercials is that during the Super Bowl they all weren't played back to back because they all started off as the start to other real commercials of the time. So the were placed and played throughout the whole night during commercials breaks. For Example: The Bald Guy dancing and mopping is a spoof on a Mr. Clean commercial.
@@danielnelson9411 What? How would they all the way across the globe get the joke of an extremely dated gag? Not to mention commercials that probably don't even run where they live. lmao
"Where's the Beef?", "Whasssup?" and the "Budweiser Frogs" are still my favorites.
Betty white is a national treasure. I love that you guys are doing deeper dives into American culture.
Disagree. She was a terrible role model to young women. She was trashy from a trashy show, and was just a raunchy old lady. Id never let my girls watch anything of hers
EDS cat herding commercial is the GOAT. How did they miss that?
I always like the one with Betty White. We just recently lost her. She had such a wicked sense of humor that the Snickers ad was perfect for her.
The Terry Tate Office Linebacker commercials were some of the funniest I've ever seen! I still watch them!
The Betty White commercial is definitely one of my favorites!! 😂
That Betty White commercial is legendary! My family was in stitches when that premiered and it remains one of my favorites of all-time.
The Budweiser Clydesdale team used to have a commercial every year and they were really good. But since the company was sold and they got rid of the iconic horses a lot of people are bummed and don't like them as much. One of my favorite ones was the Clydesdales playing football.
I didn't know they sold the Clydesdales and wondered why there was no commercial this year.
I had no idea they sold the Clydesdales. I have not drank their product since my first real paying job and I discovered that import tastes much better than domestic.
@@wpeale71341 They didn't sell the Clydesdales -- they're still a prominent pop culture icon in St. Louis. They had the Clydesdales out for both St. Louis City SC and the Cardinal's home game openers in the past month and they are also in most parades around town -- you can see them at the Budweiser brewery if you take a tour.
The Clydesdale 9/11 commercial was AWESOME
They never sold the Clydesdales and Anheuser-Busch probably never will that's a HUGE part of Budweiser.
You need to see some of the Budweiser Clydesdale commercials. They were all amazing!
The whole Tide ad bit was funny because it was playing on common US ad tropes and directly parodies some ads for other specific products. It's pretty funny if you've familiar with the types of ads it's referencing.
I agree i feel they dont understand that part cuz there US commercials i luv how the used the actual guy from the old spice commercial and made the horse long so it fit them both lol
I was going to mention the same. They are funny regardless, but hilarious if you understand the references.
That Tide ad was like a giant spoiler for lots of other great ads y'all might not have seen
I miss when commercials were this funny. There are definitely some other really good ones out there.
Man, is there anything cooler than a family laughing together?! I especially enjoyed this one. Just an old "empty nester" here I guess.
I do enjoy this family so much ❤😊😂
Love seeing the Burrow jersey!!! Lifelong Cincinnati resident here!! Who Dey!!!!
You guys should check out : 10 Famous Budweiser Super Bowl Commercials lots of Clydesdales horses, dogs and laughs!
Definitely need to check out all the Budweiser commercials with the Clydesdale horses!!
The Snickers ad is in a class by itself. It made Betty White a household name again. (She had still been working but not nearly at the level she was after the ad ran.) A grassroots campaign started to get her on SNL which she hosted that May, and Hot In Cleveland bumped her from guest star to one of the stars based on her renewed popularity. It's a shame it didn't do more for Abe Vigoda.
I had never seen the Tide ad before. That was hilarious...especially when he was on the horse with the Old Spice guy.
You guys have raised two beautiful, intelligent little kids who clearly have a lot of empathy in their hearts just based on the way they speak and react. Much love from America ☮
There was commercials years ago with frogs for Budweiser. They were really funny.
should see more of the older bud wiser Superbowl adds, my faves the ones with the horses, aliens and frogs
What about the whas up commercials.
That was fun! 😂 The Tide one was my favorite out of those I think just because I wasn't quite sure when it was over. 😅
The video they watched should have spread the Tide ads throughout the other ads.
Budweiser has the best S.B. commercials. The 911 one was Breath taking.
You really need to do a best Budweiser super bowl ads. They are epic.
I still think the Star Wars x Volkswagen commercial is the best of all time.
This was a great reaction video.
Denz looks like Dad and Atlanta takes after her Mom so much it's wild.
Funny, I thought the opposite .
Denz looks like his Mom and Atlanta, her Dad, in my opinion. And that little pooch is adorable and fun!
Doritos has some really good super bowl commercials! The used to have a contest called crashed the super bowl and fans would submit commercials they made and if it was picked it would play during the super bowl and they would win a million dollars. That time travel one was a winner if I remember correctly. I was in a Doritos commercial but it didn't win.
"Middle Seat" was a contest winner. It was the one with the crowded airplane.
The best was the guy taunting the little dog behind the glass door, I laughed so hard I nearly passed out from lack of oxygen.
@@jacobpruett9204 Oh yeah lol so good
The Tide ad contained a bunch of references to other brands' advertising campaigns. For instance, the "Get off my horse" guy at 3:43 was a parody of the Old Spice commercials of that era, the Clydesdale at 4:12 was supposed to make you think that it was the beginning of a Budweiser beer commercial since they were famous for having Clydesdales. And the character at 4:21 was Mr. Clean, the mascot of an all-purpose cleanser made by Proctor & Gamble.
Every year these companies all spend millions of dollars on some of the most expensive advertising time slots anywhere on earth, and they all have to find some way to make their commercial stand out among all the others that are trying to do the same thing.
Bettie White Snickers ad is the all time greatest Superbowl commercial! 🏆
You should check out the Budweiser Clydesdales commercials. Those are legendary.
LOVE the Burrow Jersey!! From Cincinnati and we are so lucky to have him!
Keep up the good work! Can't wait to see you in America!
I love your family's videos so much! I always look forward to them. I've really been going through some heavy stuff for the past week and a half or so....this video was timed perfectly. Hilarious ads, and what makes it better is it's a NZ Family video! I've been through a lot and you really lifted my spirits! Thanks for that. It was much needed. Keep up the great videos!
They were all great. I thought the Clydesdale horse was going to be a Budweiser commercial.
Love how these old commercials had everyone laughing! Dave from Ohio
Oh, well, a compilation of Super Bowl Budweiser Clydesdale commercials is a must! This one starts with the oldest ones, two of those...pretty straightforward, then they just get better and better. One of them, showing the wagon crossing the Brooklyn Bridge into NYC, is about 9/11. Some are tear jerkers, some are funny. The snow one is my fave. And I'm pretty sure that the last one will be Denzel's fave - LOL!
ua-cam.com/video/RY47TTJCsv4/v-deo.html
I love how they put the old spice jingle in the tide ad
Love hearing you four laugh so hard.
0:46. The girls covering their mouths when Betty got hit… CLASSIC!
U guys are so wholesome. Ur kids are very lucky. I always wished I came from a family like yours
Idk the hearding cats one with the helicopter was always great to me... cept I can never remember what it was for. 😂
There will always be a special spot in my heart for the Pepsi commercial with "What is love?" playing, just for Chris Kattan at the end yelling at everyone to stop it.
You have to watch the 10 Famous Budweiser Superbowl Commercials. They're my favorite! ❤
🐸 Bud 🐸wis🐸er
So fun to watch your family enjoying these. Thanks. ❤
Back in the 90’s was when Super Bowl commercials were at their best. I can remember a few that you would have loved to have on your list.
Check out the Allstate Insurance "Mayhem" commercials. Hilarious!
The best commercials of all time are the Terrible Terry Tate Rebook Ads. Trust me there are more...an entire story line in involving other commercials; Terry even went to Germany and on Vacation. Trust guys, there is no other commercials better! lol.... great reaction fam!
Every year has wonderful commercials during the Super Bowl. You can do a You Tube search for super bowl commercials from almost any year you want back 50 years and they will come up. The Budweiser Clydesdale commercials are among my favorites.
The year Tide paid to be in like everyones commercial was great. It wasn't one big long ad, it was lots of small ones. They where literally ads you recognised for some product but it was actually Tide such fun.
Awe I miss Betty! These are great but my favs were always Budweiser. You never knew if they were going to be heartfelt or funny. Doritos were always funny!
The Budweiser frogs are great it’s a series of adds that tell a story and they are funny
Betty White is a Legend. The old Clysdale horses playing football with Zebras as the Referees are hilarious.
One long-running series of Super Bowl ads are the Budweiser ones with the clydesdale horses. (Here's a compilation: ua-cam.com/video/RY47TTJCsv4/v-deo.html). A lot of them are powerful and sweet, but the one that ALWAYS makes me cry (yes, commercials make me cry. Don't judge me) is the one they did after 9-11, at around 5min in that compilation.
The Budweiser ads, were the best ads, with the Clydesdale horses. They were both funny and heartwarming. You will agree, I'm sure, they were some of the very best commercials ever made.
That was great guys!!! I love your reactions!!! Love from Tennessee.
Such a great compilation of the best! They’re very funny. Some of my favorites are the Trunk Monkey commercials. They’re older, but you’d love them! 🤣
@4:10 - "Tide Is America's Number One in America". Hahahaha.
Tide that year killed it! You never knew if every ad was a tide ad. Even here you seen tide work with old spice, Mr clean, and I think even budwiser. That was a pretty unique strategy.
The streaker super bowl commercial is my favorite.
I loveeee that Joey B shirt!! I live in Ohio and my husband and I went to a bengals game for our anniversary. It’s exciting to see some international fans 😊
Your family is so lovely I hope you all find so much happiness once you move to the states!!! God bless you guys and I look forward to watching your journey as a family!
Terry Tate commercials are good. Like others have commented, the Budweiser horses are usually pretty good. I cant remember if it was a Super Bowl commercial but Stanley Steamer's Toby's New Trick commercial always makes me laugh.
Great video guys!! Some of my favorite adds of all time!!
The best part about all the Tide ads is that they all parody other ads. Some are just general parodies (like the car "ad"), while some are more specific (like the guy on the horse parodying an Old Spice ad; it's even the same guy from the Old Spice commercials).
That was great ! Check out the ones with the Budweiser Clydesdale Horses , they are much loved by everyone .
And the Budweiser bullfrogs !
The bud light one where he throws the bud light case out of the plane and the pilot jumps out is my favorite one of all time lol
@ 7:25 when he says “you need a cover sheet on your TPS reports” that’s a line from a really funny movie called “Office Space”.
So glad to hear the news that y’all are getting to travel to the U.S. I hope y’all have plenty of time to take in many sights and locations while here. So excited for y’all. Look forward to hearing about your travels.
As many have said, the Budweiser Clydesdales commercials were nearly always the best. If you're concerned that they are beer commercials, i can assure you that they are the most poignant, family friendly commercials that you will ever see.
holy crap, talk about nostalgic! I haven't thought about some of these legendary commercials since I was in school XD
The Bud Light Satin Sheets superbowl commercial was always a favorite of mine
Betty always gets me 😂
Your channel is one of the best i saw the wwe reaction and had to subscribe your kids will remember these times and bring tears to ther eyes such a loving family the world needs more people like you guys in the world love coming to your family from usa
God, they played the time machine one for YEARS after it first aired. Is it weird to be nostalgic for a commercial? lol
There are even more that are just as funny or close to as funny as most of these ones. I would say there's probably 30 more commercials that will have you crying from laughter dating back the past 15 years.
Love seeing Denzi laugh! So pure!
The Budweiser adds with the frogs, the Clydesdales, and even the Bud Knight are hilarious.
I like the one where the old man is painting the Chiefs lettering on the ground in the end zone, and as he's finished it, a dude walks up and says, "looks great, but who's the chefs?" 😂
Any of the Super Bowl commercials with the Budweiser Clydesdales. My personal favorite is the snowball one. 🇨🇦
Check out my favorite Super Bowl commercial. The one about herding cats. It is hysterical!
Mean Joe Green Coke Ad, voted best commercial ever.
My all-time favorite is the Snickers ad with Betty White! She is and always will be the best IMO!
Nice reference to the movie Office Space "you know you need a cover on your TPS reports!".
My favorite wasn't included. It's a Bud Light commercial with a farting horse on a romantic sleigh ride. Hilarious!!!
The Guy on the horse in the tide Ad was a in-joke with the guy who was a pop culture phenom at the time for Old Spice Deodorant Ads. So it was a pop cultured layered joke too
That Snickers ad with Betty White and Abe Vigoda used to screen here in NZ.
The Budweiser commercial with the Clydesdales playing football!!!
The Budweiser adds are fabulous.
Two classics from the late 90’s from Budweiser beer: either the dudes calling each other and shouting into their phones, “WASUUUUUUUUUUUP?!”
or the frogs staring at the neon sign and repeating “Bud-weis-errrr. Bud-weis-errrrr.”
Classic from the 80’s also from Budweiser: anything with Spuds Mackenzie .
There is a whole montage of EVERY Bud Light Dilly Dilly commercials that are funny and clever you need to see
You have to see the Clydesdale commercials. Very sweet like short movies. Enjoy
New to the channel, but love your family chemistry and reactions.❤ from Indiana
In the Reebok ad, when Terry Tate yelled at the guy about the cover sheets on his TPS reports, it was a reference to the movie Office Space. It's a very funny film, especially for anyone who has worked for a big dumb corporation.
I've never seen some of those, but I don't watch the Super Bowl, so it's no wonder. My favorite ad is the doritoes ad where the lady is having an ultrasound (she's pregnant) and the hubby is goofing off with the doritoes :) The terror on his face......
